NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC. This is a not a party pad - this is a small, quiet development with neighbors who live there full time - if you have a party, law enforcement will be called, you will be asked to leave. No more than 2 vehicles in the driveway and no parking on the road (especially in the winter due to snowplows!) Pets MAY be permitted for an additional $100 flat fee - please message us so that we can make arrangements for additional  deep cleaning to remove pet hair in between guests.
