Surprised to find our room was a suite. Nice to have room, & a place to eat while stopping on our road trip. Dish washer not working.

The extended stay tenants had the back parking lot looking like they camped out in their vehicles.

Hotel didn’t have water for over 12 hours. Had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Horrible selection for breakfast. Rooms had the landlord special done.

This peoperty from the facility to the employees deserve 10 stars, they exceeded all our expectations by
a mile. We definitely will stay there again.

Got to the room went to unpack and get comfortable when we spotted a bed bug in the couch and then a few more on the mattress.. no protective covers on the furniture.. very disappointed.

Room was fine floors were a little dirty the water took a while to heat and was not really warm. We packed up and left because there was a roach crawling on the bed.

There was a couple arguing and throwing things. Front desk was called, nothing was done. They went until 2am. Will not come back to this place based on how they handled complaints and just showed no regard. Plus if you want snacks, bring your own. Or you can drive to the front that’s not connected to the actual hotel and get overpriced snacks that you can find at your local corner store for way less.

I paid for two rooms. One with a fireplace and one without. I paid extra for a fireplace just to be told when I get there, they don’t have any logs for the fireplace and we can go to Lowe’s and pick some up if we want some to burn. Myself no problem. I bring them the receipt just to be told we don’t do refunds for the wood. (You all suggested that) so I paid extra for a fireplaces room and went and bought my own wood just for me to be comfortable in your establishment is just not sitting well with me.
