The hotel is very nice, pleasant and responsive staff, issues are quickly resolved. Delicious cocktails and good food. It's cool that there are snack bars where you can have a snack. The rooms are large enough and well equipped. The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is cleaned up to the slightest specks of dust. There are various shows and programs in the evenings, as well as during the day: dancing, yoga, foam parties! In general, I am glad that when I arrived in Egypt, I settled in this hotel!

Well...we had fantastic holidays , we loved Sharm , the people, the food, snorkelling, swimming etc etc Sharm really exceeded our expectations, so we can honestly say, we would like to come back to Egypt in the future. The hotel is focused on families with small kids , animation team is too loud, you can't escape during the day the very, very loud music and screaming kids by the pool . The first room we had was 330- with a lovely sea view but...from around 10.00AM the animation team is starting the never ending show by the pool, which was just outside our room....not a chance to read a book or to relax until basically 19.00!! After 2 days I asked for a change of room and from then our real holidays started- without any problems we had room 128 offered , which was away from screaming kids and animation, with an amazing view. The best part was the entertainment area was just outside our room so the evening shows we could watch from our balcony. And the music/shows always start at 21.00 and finish around 22.30. The food was outstanding, fresh and healthy, no pork at all, beef , chicken and some fish but plenty vegs and fruits. Bravo to the chef :) We went to Thai restaurant and Steak house ( included in AL) and not so much about Thai but the Steak was delicious. Staff was very polite, professional - we have to mention our cleaner Adel and Ibrahim -taxi manager- we will remember them both for a very long time. If you would like to go outside the hotel ( Soho Sq or Farsha ) -speak to Ibrahim - he has a desk in the main reception- he will know how to make your trips safe and on time. Thank you Ibrahim :) now...due to 90% of Tourists being from Russia- the staff don't speak English almost at all, which was really strange ! Shame as we would like to talk to more people and there was a language barrier all the time ! The most important thing is that the reef outside the hotel is alive which was great to see and snorkel , plenty of fish to see, it is a bit crowdy as the jetty is small but there is a lifeguard on duty all the time. Tip- if you would like to see Ras Mohamed for snorkelling- boat trip from the hotel was a real disappointment.. why? pick up time from the hotel -should be at 08.00am, noone came until 08.35 !, we were on the boat at 10.30 ( were promised to be on the boat at 09.00am)!! in the water the first time at 12.30!! they were focused on the diving participants only, so we only snorkelled 1x and the reef was very small , nothing special. White island stop....well. The boat stops way before the island so you need to swim a bit, which was interesting and def not safe for everyone. The island itself is tiny and there is more than 100 people on it all the time .We came back from the boat trip not feeling OK about it. The best way to snorkel in the Ras Mohamed is to book a private taxi with Ibrahim- we had our driver for 5hrs and he took us to the most beautiful spots with easy access from the beach. We had fantastic time in Egypt
