Hotel is massive. We had all inclusive stay. Price was very reasonable

Otelin konumu, denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Aynı hafta içerisinde başka bir otelde daha kalınca bölgenin otellerini ve hizmetini kıyaslamak için çok iyi oldu. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği az olduğu gibi lezzeti de vasattı. Temizlik konusuna gelirsek yan odamızın önündeki yemek tabakları 2 gün boyunca alınmadı. O sıcakta kurudu artıklar. Dolayısıyla 2 gün boyunca kaldığımız tarafa temizlik elemanları uğramadı bile. Odamız havuzun hemen yanındaki merkezi alanda yer alıyordu. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil.

Wow, being a single female for the 1st time yes it was hard but the staff and management at the Concorde made me feel safe. Big huge thank you to the following who were there for me. Gokhan for assuring me I would be looked after before I even got to the hotel and while I was there. Aziz and his staff for my towels and Sam’s sunbed everyday along with my daily hugs from Aziz Staff in the restaurant who brightened the start of my day with eggs and Turkish pizza!! (Can’t remember what it was called) along with fist bumps ☺️ Muhamed for being there for a chat and the bizarre Pina Colada! Last but not least Ahmed for supplying me with numerous cocktails and even the gin A la carte restaurants were amazing and even thought you had to pay a percentage it was well worth it! Thank you all you truly are a great bunch Room was close to the pool and walking back to the room at night I felt safe. Thank you once again

Stayed for 2 weeks, hotel is really nice and the gardens are beautiful. Weather was great. Beach and main pool get very busy so we spent our time at the Aqua Gym pool which was much quieter and also heated. The staff were lovely, especially Fouard our lifeguard and Mahmoud the best bartender in Sharm. Food was OK but very samey, I struggled a bit because I don't eat meat and wasn't that keen about the fish on offer. Best food was at breakfast, guys on the egg station work so hard! Baked beans were a bit hard but amazing choice of pastries and donuts. Rooms serviced every day and tea,coffee and toiletries restocked daily. Barstaff and waiters all great too. The snorkeling isn't as good as it was 10 - 15 years ago because the shark nets are quite close to the beach now for safety reasons, so bigger fish can't get in. Also the paths are a bit slippery because there is a lot of marble The biggest down side were all the Russians. They have no concept of personal space and are in the main rude and loud.

Most AMAZING holiday! We visited in November 2024 and it was first time in Egypt. We have been home for 2 days and are already looking for next year and will be booking this hotel as neither of us could fault it! The staff all work so hard and made us feel super welcome from the moment we arrived. Mohammed in reception was super helpful and also Mohammed in the restaurant who always had a table ready from us. Nothing is too much trouble and we left feeling like family. Ahmed behind the bar looked after us especially well, he was so attentive and kept our cocktails topped up which were absolutely delicious! We did 2 excursions through the hotel which were extremely well organised, we did the boat trip with an introductory scuba dive and visit to the White Island which we would highly recommend! We also had some great massages in the spa and beauty treatments so left feeling completely refreshed & relaxed. The choice of food it great, we had Al a carte two times at the Italian restaurant and once at flames restaurant and the food was delicious with so much flavour. Definitely worth doing and if all inclusive it’s a very small add on and reasonably priced. Soho square is just a short visit and definitely worth a visit, lots of shops & other places to eat out if you fancy an Indian/Chinese/Thai meal. We had a deluxe room with sea view and it was kept so clean, had a gorgeous view of the sea from our terrace and our cleaner was so creative with our towels! Go and visit the beach shop and see Ali Baba, he’s so lovely and always did us super deals on souvenirs and snorkelling equipment. I bought a beautiful vanilla perfume and the oil is so strong it lasts three days even after showering!! We were so sad to leave and had the most amazing experience but will definitely be back and wouldn’t think of booking any other hotel in Sharm.
