Coral Sea Imperial "Coral Sea Sensatori"

非常棒的體驗，一日三餐全包，小朋友玩的相對於在赫爾格達的酒店稍微少了一點，我們屬於純度假，所以海水項目沒有去體驗，不過有去諮詢過大概情況，餐廳在晚餐時間是禁止泳衣和拖鞋進去的，所以晚餐記得換衣服哦！吃的很豐富，但是適合中國人口味的不多，希望多一些中國菜！

Just back from an amazing holiday, made extra special by the team - and I say team because all the staff work so well together, they are all happy, attentive and talk so positive about there jobs. Didn't matter what restaurant, what bar, what part of the pool - we had excellent service all day, every day and met great people. Our glasses were never empty! Hotel has everything you need. Went snorkeling for a couple hours every day at the end of the jetty, like no where else on earth. Food was amazing. Ultimate Stargazing was great fun. Buggies through the desert was a highlight. Room was very big - kids had separate beds and reasonable size. Balcony was very spacious which made the view in the morning phenomenal. Always clean. We will miss our iced coffee by the pool at 10, our fruit on a stick at midday and my Twinkie from the daily stocked minibar when I get back to the room. Thank You!

This hotel is outstanding. The grounds and beach are picture perfect, the sea crystal clear. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious and looked after by the house keeping team to a high standard. The buffet restaurant is full of choice and quality produce with fresh cooking stations at every meal. The Al a carte restaurants we visited were of a high standard and well worth a visit. But our holiday was not amazing for these reasons, our holiday was amazing because of the people who go above and beyond to make your holiday special. Every member of staff worked so hard with a smile on their face. From the lifeguards at the pool and sea to the bar manager and all the staff around the pool. The staff working in all the bars and restaurants bought kindness and laughter to us every day and the reception staff were so polite and accommodating to all our needs. A really special mention to Ingrida and the day time entertainment team at Tui who were honestly the best team I have ever come across. They bought energy, entertainment, knowledge, fun and friendships, such a special group of people doing the best job. Thank you Coral Sea Sensatori ,can't wait to come back.

Having visited the hotel in 2014, we decided it was time to return to Egypt and to the Coral Sea Imperial. It was our first sensatori stay and we have regularly visited other Sensatori hotels due to the experience we had when we stayed 10 years ago. The return trip certainly didn’t disappoint and we enjoyed another stay and will continue to be loyal to the brand. We found the hotel to be to the same high standard and it is clear that every member of staff prides themselves on ensuring guests have a wonderful stay and are looked after. This is what makes the hotel special. This time, we treated ourselves and booked a mixed double swim up in Block 1 as last time we stayed in a jacuzzi room above. Our room had a beautiful view out to the beach and it was wonderful sitting on the terrace watching the sea and enjoying the peace and quiet. In August, Egypt to extremely hot and we were glad we had booked the swim up as we could spend time cooling down in the water. A perfect treat that we would highly recommend. During our stay, we received excellent service from Remy who visited us regularly to take our drinks orders and we enjoyed our iced coffees and drinks throughout our stay. The room was kept spotlessly clean and our cleaner was friendly and cheerful throughout our stay. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and we found that we had to time our mealtimes to avoid the crowds. The omelette / egg stations work tirelessly and ensure everyone has a tasty breakfast. We opted to eat in either the buffet or Tiran for lunch and it was good having the option to eat a meal that is brought to your table as opposed to the buffet for lunch. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking and we enjoyed meals looking at the turquoise waters. In the evenings, we made use of the a la carte dining options and were pleased that returning guests had an extra visit - we used this to dine again at the Casa Bianca restaurant as they was our favourite due to the outstanding service and excellent food quality.. Islam Kardy, the manager, took time to chat to us and remembered us each when we returned to the restaurant and he spoke with us over breakfast which was lovely. He made sure we were looked after and the staff were extremely attentive throughout our meals. It certainly made the meal very special. The Middle Eastern restaurant was also wonderful and we enjoyed our meal on the balcony which was very special. We enjoyed the meal so much we decided to pay to return! We opted to pay for an additional a la carte meal at the Gokan Asian. However, we were disappointed in the meal as the seating was on the balcony and there was no air conditioning which meant that we were very hot and the experience wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been if it was cooler. It was also a shame that house wine wasn’t included as we had to pay for wine. We like wine with our meals and felt that we should have had the option to have this whilst all inclusive. We enjoyed the fizz hour

Just arrived home after a 2 week stay . This is our experience . Wonderful hotel , the best staff around ! In all aspects from guest relations , to management to entertainments , and not to mention kids club staff ! My toddler was never bored and wanted to go in everyday , which helped us to have a break and keep her out of the heat . Special shout out to Ellie in there is the kindest soul you could ever meet , and credit to the team . I can’t mention everyone’s names as was too many . And forgot to get pictures with the kind men who gave my daughter balloons in restaurants to see a smile on her face . Nothing was ever too much . Ali and George sherif and rammy stood out as fantastic hard working respectful workers , and everyone else on these picture’s ( sorry if I’ve not managed to say your name or get a picture ). Although I’m glad to be home and had minor ******* with things at the hotel , it’s not enough to complain about or write on a review( happy to email ) . Thanks for having us . Lexi , Dan and kids

Amazing staff wonderful hotel, to be honest and fair the staff make your holiday worth every penny. The diving at the jetty is a dream fully recommend a good mask. Rooms not changed for 2 years but still very comfortable. Will be returning next year roll on 2025

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday and the hotel hasn’t let us down in anyway, from arriving late, we were well looked after and sent of for food whilst the cases were sent to our room. Food was excellent in the main restaurant, but if you get chance book the other restaurants for a night during your stay, service was excellent in them all. We booked an adult swim up room 3136 and had sun from morning till night, only issue was you could only fit one sun lounger on the terrace so we laid around the adult pool from morning till mid afternoon, Ahmad one of the waiters in the adult section was fantastic, couldn’t have looked after us any better. Our cleaner was great and kept the room spotless every day and always looked forward to talking to us. We will be returning next year, thanks again for a great time.

Beautiful hotel, lovely food, spotlessly clean, very nice staff. There’s a beautiful beach and a coral reef which is teaming with aquatic life. I’m planning a return to go diving again. There’s several restaurants, Italian, American and Egyptian on top of the buffet hall. There’s plenty of choice.
