We had an excellent experience. especially the Floret restaurant. The manager, Hossam, and our waiter Mohammed Sha’ban were very kind and helpful. The receptionist Mustafa was also very helpful. Thank you to all the staff members who served us during our stay!

Great hotel. The staffs are great made our holliday. Hats off to them for putting up with rude guests. Mr Samir was very welcoming to us he spoke to us on our second day and gave us idea of where to visit very helpful. Our housekeeper Hussain was very nice our room was always clean. Bar staffs and waiters were very good always polite and smiling. The bar on the beach Great staffs. The spa was great. The Italian and oriental restaurant was very good food. Mohamed from the Italian restaurant helped us on our first night there as we did not know much. The buffet was good but it does need more spices in the food. Two things we did not like is the way some guests treated the staffs they spoke and treated them like servants. Some guests would order so much food then leave most of it what a waste of food. All in all we had a very good holliday. Thank you regency plaza staffs we will be back in November.

After Long trip by the car and many stops during the road I was very impressed by the trea**ent of the front desk specially Mr. Hussam who was very nice and arranged for the birthday celebration for my wife which by chance was the first day in our stay The Resort very clean and many activities were available the stuff were very polite the food very good especially sea food restaurant i advice to buy the gold stay it will impress you the only thing needed is the Golf car as the Resort is very huge Thanks for alll the stuff i will be there again Enchallah

My sister and I have stayed for 8 days in this hotel. We had a great time. Most of the time Amir was our waiter. He is very freindly and was always willing to help. Ahmed cleaned our room every day. We were very happy with his work. All employees are hard workers and always willing to help. Too bad their English language was not very good.

Hotel is good and aqua park is very good for kids and adults, we have faced an issue with the restaurant but it’s solved, food is good, beach also is very good for kids but didn’t have Coral reefs air conditioning in my room is not good, room cleaning is good

Horrible food (every day the same) , a few days there was shortage of beer, stong drinks were awful (yes, I drink, especially on vacation), average service, good location. Far away from 5*.

Fantastic stay staff are so friendly and helpful especially Hemdan from the Floret restaurant, he has made our stay with his brilliant service seeing to our every need and he makes the best cappuccino. Muhammed the grill chef from the oriental restaurant cooked us special omelettes for breakfast every morning and treated us like family. Ebraham from the terrace bar made our nights enjoyable a real joker.
