We spend beautiful days in Sierra , staff communication, services outstanding ... well organised activities... superb cleaning... rasha, emad , mina ,hasan all are superb ... highly recommended

特別滿意的一次旅行，酒店環境很漂亮，滿足了基本的度假需求，房間很大，酒店內有好幾個泳池，適合不同年齡段的人羣，有淺的小童池，安靜的成人泳池和混合泳池，泳池中央有水吧，可以適當補充水分。餐廳食品種類很多，絕對可以吃飽喝足，大廳還有酒吧，菜單有2類飲品，含酒精和不含酒精的，每類大概10種，去沙灘可以坐車每20分鐘一趟也可以走着大概15分鐘，沙灘末過小腿的地方就有小魚游來游去，五彩繽紛也不怕人，走過浮橋還可以浮潛和潛水，沙灘也有個bar，可以提供酒水，中午還有漢堡，熱狗等簡餐，以上食物均包含在房費中，比三亞划算很多。值得一去再去。

Stayed here for 3 nights after staying at Pickalbatros Aqua park resort and I can safely say this is NOT a 5* The grounds are very pretty and kept clean but furniture and rooms need updating and modernising Staff were nice but not very welcoming, just there to do the job. If you asked you got, otherwise if you were looking confused or lost don’t expect help. There were exceptions though, Need to give a shout out to Abanoub in the beach bar, he was fantastic! Service and personality, he had them both! Also met the famous Rasha at breakfast, she definitely lives upto the expectations, brilliant service, beautiful smile, so helpful. Thank you to guest relations ladies, they were so lovely and informative! Said hello to us every morning at breakfast. The pools are not heated which is a shame, I really enjoyed the hydro pool in the spa but it was absolutely freezing! Food was mediocre, same every night we were there whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast usual fresh omelette station, best part was the pancakes and waffles and Nutella tasted like branded Nutella which was good. Drinks service was very poor we had to keep sending our kids up to get them from the bar as no one would come over. Drinks were bottled and limited to usual sprite pepsi etc. the drinks machine was filled with water so they were pouring the drinks out of bottles. I felt like I was at a kids party waiting in line. The coffee was so basic nothing special. None of it looked or felt 5*. The kids selection at the back of the restaurant was awful. Desserts at the restaurant were really good, wide selection and they had a chocolate fountain with fresh doughnuts being made in the evening. We ate at the Hakuna Matata restaurant one night, which was very tasty and good variety. kids enjoyed it very much, portions are huge! Shout out to Syed!! What a brilliant asset to the team, lovely service, kind, welcoming and considerate. We ate a few times at sushi lounge, service was not good, the man serving us was so sour faced it was such a shame! Sushi was amazing and presentation was beautiful too. Got discount for staying at a savoy hotel Best thing about this hotel is that it’s so close to Soho Square and the beach! Soho square, we tried everything, kids went bowling and ice skating, you get discount for staying in savoy hotel so be sure to show your wrist band. we tried ice creams from various vendors not nice tasted like ice without the cream. The candy floss and bubble tea was very good. Loved that shop keepers don’t bother you. Very clean area and safe. Fountain show nice. Went to one of the evening shows at soho square, tried the sheesha very cheap but quality is very low. If you want the free drinks from the bar available here you have to get up and get it yourself. We ended up watching a female singer (who was very good-sang variety of English and Arabic songs) and used the waiter service instead. There was a staff member in ice skating, a lovely young girl
