Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. 非常好的一家酒店 宣傳圖和實際嚴重不符 建議商家重新拍宣傳圖哈哈 實際裝修很現代化 很新 並且還有好幾個餐館 （其中有兩個中餐，吐槽下味道一般般 還限量 人不多還需要預約哈哈） 整體來説還是非常不錯的！很大的一個度假村 值得入住！！

الفندق جميل لكن للاسف خدمة الاستقبال سيئه جداً وغير متعاونين تم المحاولة معهم بتغيير الغرفه بلا فائدة وكذلك التكييف سيء للغاية اقل شي ممكن يوصل الى 22.5 ولما بلغتهم يقولون هذا اقل شي بالغرف الثانية وهذا من غير المنطق ابداً وبالاخير قالوا بنغيرها لك The reception wasn’t supporting also the AC was terrible at the maximum degree is 22.5 C.

Starting with the checking in was organized fast and very kneat with smiling welcoming reception employee mr. Ahmed mostafa and mr. Ibrahim terika Then great fresh food with high variety and pampering care from mr. Shenoda fawzy every meal checking that all is good and whatever is needed is there and with grace Mr ishak from the main bar very professional and always happy to help Plus the amazing animation team lead by aly All the staff are helpful and happy to help you anytime , mr hussien room service was great as well Added a heart with the towel and my daughters teddy bear in the middle she loved it Great for family as well good aqua park for kids and and another one for adults and all staff are very active e and making sure no one gets hurt Thank you all for a great stay

The service was truly wonderful, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The highlight of my stay was the impeccable room cleaning service by Abdallah—he went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless every day. The food was also a treat, with every meal being delicious and well-prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend Pyramisa Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Overall excellent Really nice and relaxing hotel Staff are really nice and hotel staff called us 3/4 times within our stay to make sure we were all ok No complaints and would highly recommend it Come from UK and it’s a great experience. The food choices are huge and have a great system where it’s not overcrowded inside - they control how many people come into it Staff are on point and hard working and really do try to go the extra time One small feedback - too many sales people out here looking to sell their packages

Well, we choosed to book this hotel when i saw new pictures and videos after renovation. To be honest, the hotel was a very nice hotel. Security: 10/10 they are everywhere Concierge: Quiet helpful. Reception: 5/10 This area needs more training about hospitality and friendliness. You are the face of the hotel. First impression is a must. And in my experience, it was not reach. Housekeeping: They did a really great job. 10/10 Cleanliness in the room: 7/10 Molds in the bathroom. Should perform cleaning periodically in the bathroom. Outdoor staff: They are outstanding 10/10 Food (buffet): 4/10 There weee not much of choices. Most of what they served were egyptian/arabian cuisine. In a whole week, they didn’t serve goat or lamb meat. It was chicken and beef vv. Foods were too oily. And the PLATES were not wash properly. I can see the stroke of how they wiped the plates. Clear enough to conclude rhat they didn’t wash it in the machine. Plates were too oily and unhygienic. We end up having stomach trouble from day 2 until we came home especially my partner. Seasalt restaurant: 6/10 Was not a good choice too. Tought it was a seasfood resto but it was not. Soup where in the cold room where the desserts are. Too hot to eat during sunset. Nice view indeed but i was totally sweating after eating pizza. But there’s a pianist that plays from time to time. Those in Marketing (selling tours or services) were sometimes annoying. But they did a really great job. 8/10 The pool is too hot for so many guests big or small. 4/10 Value for money 7/10 Friendliness (reception not included) 8/10 Cleanliness: (not included room) 8/10 public areas

Good hotel and rooms, room with sea view is perfect. In front of hotel a really clean sea because cool reef next to the beach ( better to use facemask due good views underwater:) Food is ok Personal is ok Diving and many other activities are present

Had a amazing stay very nice hotel , food , room everything was very nice , only downside was the reception team not very helpfull not very happy seemed very miserable, I would like to say big thank you to Victoria who is the guest relations manger she was amazing really made sure we have everything for our stay went above and beyond, only reason this review gets a 5 star is due to Victoria very friendly and helpfull ,really wish her all the best and she definitely deserves a promotion this resort need more staff like her , thank you Victoria for everything really appreciate it , sorted us out for my wife's bday , if you do come to this resort anything u need ask for Victoria the front dest staff I wouldn't trust them, the pool side staff and the animation team where amazing the only let down was the reception team they need training on how to smile and not ripping of people when asking for taxi price

We have never experienced anything so terrible. This was our wors vacation ever. Room dirty,cleaning insufficienty, great reluctante of the staff at the reception. Malfunctioning air conditioning. Beach and room equipment old and broken. For the firs time in our live we saw a bertender from the beach Coco Nut as he looks through guests bags and takes small coins. The only helpful staff was in the dining room. Otherwise Russian quests are preferred everywhere. Our room was closed due to renovations and we had to move elswhere. It happenend late in the evening and still had to sign a document that it was at our requestand without compensation. After arriving home we wrote an email about everything to the hotel manager and he didnt even answer. JUST HORRIBLE. We just want to say that we are poeple and not cattle.

We are 7 days in of a 10 night stay and cannot fault our holiday so far. We have found the reception / recreation / bar / animation / spa / housekeeping / restaurant staff all to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely impressed at the range of languages they all speak and the energy they put in to keep guests entertained. The food range every day is quite impressive. The effort the chefs put in should not be undervalued, nor should the work of the cleaning staff that have to pick up after people - especially the greedy ones that over-laden their plates and then leave it! The resort is quite close to the airport, but you rarely hear planes during the day as they play music around the pool. You may hear some at night when it's quiet, but it's really not a problem and will not spoil your experience here. The private beach is clean, with plenty of spaces, and it has a small food station there that serves quite possibly the best burger we've ever had! We are a fun-loving couple, both 50, and we thoroughly love this place. Thank you V Hotel for a fantastic, memorable, happy holiday!

I have arrived V hotel 5 days ago 3 days of them until now at lunch and dinner only meat ,bad quality chicken sharma and that cause diarrhea and vomiting to my family and very bad quality frozen sea food . when i talked to master chef about above issues he said go and eat al a carte restaurant and when I asked him to make roasted chicken for my kids he said you can eat it at home . very bad experience about food for me at that hotel.
