Cataract Layalina Naama Bay

Vey nice hotel, excellent location, beach is sandy,animation very good, rooms very good clean, food allot of items and variety, really staff very helpful especially mr.attyia and ashraf. I hope back again to this hotel Also near to shops and excursion.

We have spend in this hotel beautiful 2 weeks, it was for us the best choice for vacation in Egypt ever. Hotel is very clean, friendly and helpfull stuff at reception, room service and especially the MASTER in his job Abdel the hotels retaurant manager - feed well very tasty and quite often, there is a huge selection of meat and garnish to eat and a lot of sweets and fruits. In the evening, the animators arrange various shows and disco. Location one of the best, the center of Sharm el Sheik, sandy beach, very good playa service as well as security at the hotel and beach. All we have to say Layalina Cataract Resort is a beautiful place to spend vacation for the whole family. The room I had was 205 exceptionally noisey from the local bars (only meters away) until early hours, the bed and windows would rattle from the bass. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well although it sounded like a generator was in the room but it did cover some of the noise from the Bass. After finally getting to sleep the cold woke me at 4am(like I said good air con) I decided to turn it off, this is when I heard the nightly after hours pool party which appeared to have an exceptionally drunk old Russian lady randomly screaming along to a Russian song, I did consider contacting reception or security but they appeared to be sat smoking shisha with her. So I put on a jumper and back to the air con which did drown her out. The party did finish at 7am and the pool boy cleaned their mess up promptly, which he did for the first 5 nights until they seemed to leave the hotel. The room I had only had 1 electric socket the shower went from really hot to cold or just stopped. You couldn’t turn lights off from bed it had a fridge and a reasonable amount of storage, there was a balcony but not much of a view. The house keeper cleaned well but the room was just old and depressing. The pool area during the day was peaceful and plenty of beds during my visit, most people go to the beach which is busier. The breakfast was okay nothing special but passable. The restaurant was generally full of smoke from the egg station, The bar wasn’t at all inviting so didn’t use it. I was on a dive trip and only needed the hotel to sleep in and on days 5/6 managed to sleep. I only paid £25 per night so shouldn’t complain too much. If you want a great position in naama bay and don’t need much sleep you’ll be okay here if you like to have a peaceful early night stay away.

I recently stayed in Sharm Elshaikh at the Cataract Layalina . Excellent hotel with excellent location we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Also restaurant Team was very helpful For me animation team was amazing they made our stay very enjoyable and special Many thank to all of them special thanks to Ahmed Mohamad Happiness maker. Highly recommend

Персонал пляжа Катаракта очень грубый, особенно те двое, кто на стойке регистрации: один с усами, а другой с небольшими волосами, наши друзья пришли к нам в гости на 5 минут, чтобы поздороваться, и, более того, они тоже пили в баре и на них напали персонал всего пляжа, единственный пляж в Намабае с абсурдными правилами

Начитавшись отзывов была готова к худшему, но учитывая, что это тройка,он не так уж и плох, скорее наоборот.Я была и в 4 похуже этого. Номер был комфортный и чистый, кондиционер и сантехника, всё работало. Каждый день убирали, меняли полотенца.(Давала,чаевые по доллару,за их труд и старание). По поводу питания тоже достаточно всё прилично рыба, курица, говядина(даже один раз крабы были), гарниры(макароны,рис,картофель) овощи, фрукты (апельсины, грейпфрукты,дыня-всегда, один раз - персики, виноград,ну и конечно уйма всевозможных кондитерских изделий. Голодным точно не останешься. Единственное что море в 7 вечера закрывали, но это сейчас во всех отелях у них так. Ну и по поводу шума да до 2-3гремела музыка, но это не критично. Заход хороший в море камней нет, мелко,на пляже работает бар с алкогольными и прохладительными напитками бесплатно. Публика в основном либо семьи с маленькими детьми, либо уже люди после 50.P. S. Да и на День рождения мне принесли целый торт, а вечером ещё один, я конечно не поняла зачем второй, может ошиблись, но факт то что без напоминаний поздравили плюсик им в копилочку.
