全体的に設備の老朽化が感じられました。特にバスルームはかなり年季が入っており、狭いうえにシャンプーを置くスペースもありませんでした。また、滞在中に水道が突然止まり、トイレが流せず手も洗えない状況になったのは残念でした。 一方で、夜のショーはとても魅力的でした！宿泊客の子供たちが参加できるダンスや大道芸が行われており、それが毎晩の楽しみでした。楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

酒店房間是真心贊，晚上還有dj開party，性價比非常高的酒店，屬於平民度假酒店，東西也還可以，住宿環境符合三星級吧

Just returned from a holiday at the Solymar Naama Bay Hotel.. A small hotel in the central area of ​​Sharm el-Sheikh. Green area, the restaurant offers buffets, a great selection and variety of fruits. The staff is friendly and helpful. . I would like to note the pool workers, (lifeguards )always smiling and ready to help. The girls from the entertainment offer various entertainment activities, including trips to karaoke and a disco, which makes the holiday positive for guests who want to have new friends

It’s was amazing holiday. Nice place for relaxation. Near from central street. Entertainment team friendly and funny. Special thanks for Nataly. All day making some activities. Once went to night club with them. Room is comfortable. Delicious food. Will back again.

We booked this holiday 3 weeks before and for the value for money you can’t go wrong. Firstly, the staff WOW. I have never stayed at a hotel with such amazing, friendly staff they really can’t do enough for you. A special thank you to the team in the restaraunt and the head chef who served us fresh mango everyday and cooked us a steak on our last night. They work so hard just to ensure the guests are happy. We had an issue on night one with our shower and the electrics in the room so the next morning we were moved to an amazing family room (highly recommend booking this room) which we loved. The showers in the standard double rooms need updating you can barely move. Sinners aren’t supposed to be reserved however, people leave their towels on the beds overnight ! We always managed to get a bed round the pool. Ahmed the pool barman is so lovely I don’t know how he does it on his own everyday ! The only place you can get wifi is the restaraunt and lobby which didn’t bother us as was nice being without a phone for a week. Breakfast could have a little more options but you had a egg station and fresh pancakes everyday. Lunch and dinner was great. We didn’t watch the entertainment as we preferred relaxing with a book in the evening but the team work really hard to get good shows every night. You can hear the music from your room which usually finishes around 10:30/11 and it is extremely loud. We loved the grounds of the hotel trees, plants, flowers and grass everywhere. Thank you to our cleaner who left our room spotless everyday. Hotel offers free shuttle to the beach and it’s only a 10 min drive to the airport. We will definitely be back! Thank you to you all.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday, The hotel was clean, the gardens well maintained, the food was really good and varied also the Dining staff asked regularly if we liked the food available and offered to make alternative meals if we wanted them too. The pool area was busy but if there wasn’t any sunbeds available the lifeguards and pool staff were more than happy to get extra loungers out on request, having the option for fresh beach/ pool towels whenever you wanted was great. The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the dedicated staff who were friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were happy. Special mentions to the the bar staff Rezk, Alaa and Ahmed you guys were amazing!! As were the guys in the restaurant but too many to name. We will definitely be returning, many thanks
