Great place, nice food, beautiful views. There are many activities you can join during the day or just chill at the private beach. Also you can enjoy different shows every night with professional dancers, aerialists and awesome artists like Oswaldo.

Just came back from vacation and loved every second of it! Being in this hotel feels like hanging out with your friends and family, everyone from cleaners to managers speak to you and are genuinely happy to see you. This is the kind of hotel that you want to come back to because of the staff, not to mention everything else is as well wonderful. TERRITORY - Hotel facilities are good, pool and gardens are huge and nice. The hotel is being renovated and aqua park is being built, but the construction works did not interrupt too much and we were not bothered with it. The hotel feels empty now as not all the rooms are renovated yet, but this made us very happy as we felt like we got it all to ourselves 😃. BEACH - The coral reef and its marine life is plentiful, there is so much to see under water, this is such a good place for snorkeling ( tip: you can buy a phone cover to make the underwater pictures for 1 dollar from the store across the hotel). Unfortunately the sea was “closed” for few days due to high winds, but even then we enjoyed the little lagoon close the sea shore with some fish there as well and naturally as everywhere you go - we made friends with beach security who were telling us about the octopus that lives nearby in shallow water and gave us suggestions where you can see most of the fish :P. They even organized little search party when we lost our beach shoes, was a nice touch! ROOMS - The rooms in block 17a are freshly renovated and are very clean and tidy, renovation adds a certain modern vibe, and the bed was very comfortable ( but pillows were slightly too high for my taste). I would like to thank cleaning staff for an outstanding job and especially Ahmed for creativeness - the towel sculptures left in your rooms are not new thing to see in Sharm, but this time I was surprised with something unusual, come visit the hotel and you will know what I am talking about :) RESTAURANTS and BARS - The restaurant was great with fine and varied food. We were happy to enjoy ice cream that was available in the restaurant during lunch time. The fresh beetroot, melon and lemon juices in the morning were a nice bonus. Overall the restaurant service was great – warm and familial, the staff are flying around the guests ensuring all needs are instantly attended to, they quickly learned our names and what we like, soon enough we were looking forward for dinners to chat and joke around with our new waiter friends. We want to give a special shoutout to Abanoub – who became our closest one – we miss you so much! Another shutout to Fereag and Amr who were as well were helpful and attentive. For Bar staff, we would like to thank Mr. Amgad, Phelo and 3 Muhammeds in the pool bar and as well Ashraf, Ahmed and Omar in the Terrace Bar – thank you all for amazing service, we all felt special and important. We visited this hotel around 16 years ago(club magic life then) and remember the service being superb we were not disappointed nothing has changed the staff workers and management are so friendly and cannot do enough Eslam in the restaurant Ashraf on the terrace bar and Mo on pool bar just a few to mention Food was great with different selection each day went to the speciality restaurant food was amazing One of the highlights was the careokke on Sunday hosted by a brilliant compare where everyone had a go even a couple of the staff sang a fantastic night Apologies review a bit late but will definitely be back

Just spent two weeks at this hotel.cant fault it .brilliant hotel.staff excellent. Especially RYM from entertainment team.always smiling very friendly and helpful. And no 1 barman MINA from beach bar . Always making the best cocktails. Definitely will be back

Had a great weeks break. Temperature just right at 30 / 32 degrees though the day around 26 degrees at night. Always a great choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and im quite a picky eater. Eslam is a waiter that will always make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meals. All staff are hard working and very helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday. And a good choice of pillows on the bed. When you tip the waiters please give them notes they can't change coins i took american dollars 1,s and 5,s. Gardens are so well looked after. If you have to book a late room do it through your rep its cheaper than at the main desk.

Was a brilliant holiday best we ever been on, food was spot on, staff were brilliant especially the pool bar waiter Mina he was amazing at his job. Everything spot on only improvements would be snack bars as sandwiches in the evening aren’t great. Panini snack bar was good for mid day.

This holiday far exceeded our expectations! We were not aware there was building work going on before we booked, but it didn't interfere with anything as its away from the main areas. The staff go above and beyond what is expected...Eslam Elsayed our waiter, Hamada Farouk overseeing the restaurant, the "Three Amigo's" Ashraf, Ahmed and Omar in the Terrace Bar and Refiy at the Pool Bar to name but a few. With the hotel only 1/4 full we really did have personal service and were made to feel special and really important to them. There was no need to reserve beds by the pool or on the beach! The entertainment team work tirelessly providing everything from darts to professional shows...which were amazing as were their costumes. Max must be mentioned for his efforts in persuading us to leave our sunbeds to play darts! Every day he had several darts players as well as table tennis enthusiasts..he was never pushy and if you said no he accepted it with a smile. Our room in block 19b was cleaned, bed linen and towels changed every day. Bottles of water were left each day too. The pool, bar and restaurant areas were very clean as were all the lounges. We were so very lucky to have chosen this gem and will remember our holiday for a very long time.

I agree with the recent great reviews by guests who were at the hotel the same or similar time to me as they cover it well. The food is fine and varied, the drinks are also good for an AI package, (including ok red wine) the main pool and gardens are great. The coral reef and its marine life is fantastic; so much to see just snorkeling around it. However it is THE STAFF that really do make this place a pleasure to stay at. YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL. We came here for a break away from our children for a week and we are glad we did. Mina from beach bar went above and beyond and made the best cocktails. Mo also looked after us on the few occasions we seen him. We really built a bond with Mina during our short stay and will really miss him he is such a friendly, happy, lovely person all around. Rfay from pool bar always looked after us too. And the lifeguard at the end of the Jetty was just an amazing person too. We will definetly be back at some point hopefully with our children next time.
