a few days of reset and relaxation; the hotel is not suitable for families with children; lack of friendly access to the sea; nice swimming pool; amazing animations; the food was good but not great; nice area, well-kept; service good; rooms ok, not the latest equipment; disadvantage - a lot of additional fees, e.g. for drinks in bars and even sunbeds (selected)

I spent about a week there and everything was wonderful, especially my friend Cesar, who works in the animation team. He Is such a cool guy and everyone was so friendly and so helpful i liked the food too and the activities on the beach as well overall so good

Unfortunately I booked two rooms from booking application they gave me the total price less than the price which the front desk of the hotel gave me about 200 usd and I sent the problem to booking they gave me unreasonable answers which is the taxis price is 70 usd per one room which is not mentioned in the total price in booking application

I loved the location so much !!!! Stuff very welcoming!! Always smiling and very helpful!! Food was very delicious and the variety is crazy !! Recommend it big time!! Pool and beach adorable!! Huge gym and nice sauna with cold bath !! Animation team was sooo wonderful, every day so many activities and games! They are amazing

Great stay in this incredible hotel! We spent 10 days there for the New Year holidays and there is nothing to complain about, everything was exceptional! The food is incredible, the location of the hotel, the establishment was just top with a beautiful beach. The staff is very helpful and smiling. A special mention for the animation team which is just incredible and very professional! They love what they do and it shows. The activities offered are very varied and the evenings as well. I wanted to specially thank Brown and Yana who made our vacation an incredible stay 🤍 A big thank you to everyone for this Time! THANK YOU ROTANA WE WILL COME BACK VERY SOON !

If you want the best of everything then this is the place, there is everything you could wish for and nothing is too much trouble for the amazing friendly staff. I felt like royalty the way looked after myself and my friend Gill. The main hotel restaurant manager Ibrahim was amazing he really did wait on us hand and foot as did all the staff. Hamzah who greeted everyone as they entered the restaurant was lovely beautiful inside and . The rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean with great views of Shark bay. There was so much to do you’d never be bored everything from parasailing to foam parties and the entertainment was fabulous we couldn’t ask for more. If you have a disability they have everything including golf buggies to take you anywhere in the hotel no need to tramp upstairs there are escalators and lifts There are also shops in the hotel and a hairdressers also most importantly a Doctor on site The swimming pools are huge within a swim up bar in the main which we enjoyed and the entertainment staff keep you happy all day. There are plenty of different bars including Asian and Italian and numerous bars, you’ll never be bored. I was so impressed that I’m going back this year! It’s very close to the airport, and Soho square which is also fantastic if you like shopping and eating out Barbara millington

A great place for couples/singles. There are few slides (one into the pool), so there are not many children. Fantastic service and animations! Very nice service. No need to wear wristbands with information about all inclusive. Very good cuisine and a wide selection of meals. All inclusive alacarte restaurants also available.

From the moment you walk into the hotel the service you receive from the hotel staff is spot on. All team members seem to have the same focus, to make sure your stay is full of happy memories and a truly relaxing experience. Particular appreciation to Samir the young gentleman that cleaned our room everyday, leaving it spotless and to the highest of standards. (room 7012) Plus the restaurant manager who always had time to check in with us to make sure everything was ok. Lastly it's alway the the team members that we don't see yet work incredibly hard to make sure everything is perfect. Ahemed Ramadan who kept the restaurant floor spotless.

Room was dirty (stains on the tables, bed sheets and the rugs were tired -dirty) and in the bath room there was biofilm of dirt on the tiles, lime scale on the taps. In addition, just one plug in the room, which was inconvenient for us as we had phones and watches to charge. Food was awful - the same food was displayed few times per day (I think food was re-heated incorrectly since stomach bug happened to me and to my partner, now I am at my doctor trying to stop temperature and diareea). Food that had allergens wasn't stored separately and the allergens were not in bold so it can be seen as soon as possible. No selection of food - same food everyday, lack of fruits and veg same as seafood. Their “a la carte” restaurant was providing to us some breakfast with cheap rolls and sliced chicken, eggs that were fried were raw so I had to ask them to prepare them to well done. At the beach/pool glasses that were used by others were just rinsed in sink instead of cleaning them with detergent, I found sometimes in restaurant plates/glasses dirty. We arrived at hotel and checked-in around 11pm- 12am, and had to check out at 12pm for free if we wanted to check out at 6pm we had to pay $50, which I think it is not correct as we lost almost 12hrs from first day of check-in.

Is very nice animation what I saw, I stay in Grand Rotana and animation team here is very funny, very nice and enjoying them job. A lot of activities and very beautiful party, foam and pool, everything is fun. Thank u 🥰🥰🥰 Is very good animation team, atmosphere is very nice, farida u are the best

Best hotel expeience i had in a quite long time the staff was great helpful responded to any comment immediatly they made my stay a lovely and home like vacation no one did any thing to alter the mood Each one of the staff made an effort to make you feel friendly with them The animation team really made a huge effort they befriended my 8 years old daughter and always gave her positive and welcoming comments Thank you for a lovery vacation

Grand Rotana is a wonderful hotel with an amazingly beautiful beach. Many thanks to the entire hotel team and I would like to note the work of the bartender in the pool area, Mostafa Rashad, for his professional approach to his work. You need to love what you do to have such patience to always smile at people and be attentive to everyone. It’s always nice to relax and place orders if there is such a service nearby that Mostafa provides

We are was here with the family. Very amazing hotel, this hotel leave for as very nice memories Very nice all staff. Room is clean. Very very big place and clean. Swimming pool is very big. Beach area is very big. Restaurant is very testy. Animation team are very nice, a lot of activities, and events. They are really did our vacation is great. Kids club is very nice, very kind animation, a lot of activities. Thank u Grand Rotana, we are will back again
