She ruined the whole impression of the hotel. She spoke disgustingly about the hotel staff, about the guides. She does not keep her distance when communicating with hotel guests, grabs everyone by the hand, wants to be too friendly, while she says a lot of negative things about the hotel itself. She imposes her tours on everyone, while saying that it is unsafe to buy tours from guides and is very expensive. She does not give guests a break, imposes her opinion on everyone. There was a case when a woman asked her for help, wanted to clarify where there was a restaurant nearby, to which she sharply replied that ask all questions to your guides, I am not an information desk. How can such an employee sit in such a hotel? How could the hotel allow this, I was very ashamed and unpleasant to watch her behavior. and I will not return to your hotel anymore.
