I always stay there whenever I go to Keqiao , wonderful hotel, great location!

Massive suites. Very luxurious and comfy. Feels like being in a upscale apar**ent. Perfect for family and friends to stay together. Highly recommend. They can improve on expanding their car parking space more for the hotel.

Had a good and comfortable stay here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the WiFi connection - not sure why but it didn't work even after the front desk staff helped to register. Had to rely on roaming data which usually gets used up before the day ended. Breakfast was a good spread but I sticked to fruits, green salads, boiled eggs and coffee - trying to avoid as much non-halal as possible. About 15 mins drive to textile city. Fair amount of Arab restaurants around textile city. I'll usually order for takeaway and reheat using the room's microwave.

as clean as average gets you, service is very slow, amenities was not provided, you had to request for what you need, called 3 times waited over 4 hours for amenities. comfy bed

Not very happy with service, machine wasn’t working to give my deposit back but surprisingly working when they took the deposit!

Wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I would recommend Citadines at any time and would stay there again.

Room includes a small kitchenette and washer dryer, with laundry detergent provided. Super convenient given that I am on a 2 weeks long trip. Conveniently located 5-10mins away from Shaoxing North Station as well.

Great spacious rooms, with washing machine, kitchenette, big fridge, the hotel is in CBD, near all the offices but not many restaurant options around. Breakfast is good.
