CONTI TOSCANA CASTLE RESORT & SPA

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

來了以後超出我們的期待，我們和一羣外國友人一起從上海過去避暑。 首先：整個城堡設計的非常好，每個角落都很乾凈整潔。 其次：如果我們有需求，前台和餐飲工作人員響應很及時，我們提出需要在泳池邊用餐，把桌子和菜品都安排的非常好。 另外酒店在這個價錢的品質超出了比同等級別貴一倍的酒店。是個硬件和軟件都可以的酒店。尤其是泳池，比安吉那些民宿裏隨便挖的不好比。五星級酒店級別。 入住後從前台到房間需要坐buggy, 我們的管家草莓小姐小田全程響應非常快。 由於天氣太熱，晚上我們在室外用餐喝酒使用了很多冰塊，餐飲部經理車車對我們一個晚上的訴求服務的非常好。大大的點個贊。 酒店還帶一個下走12米的酒窖，很可惜這次未能參加品酒會。但是晚餐吃到了來自意大利的紅葡萄酒和白葡萄酒。選擇很多。分享的圖片全部為這次手機拍攝。 是個超出預期的地方。感覺老闆太佛繫了，沒怎麼想打廣告。

回老家，順便住了這個酒店，意外的完美。給我們免費升級了房間，送 歡迎水果， 有甜點，管家櫻子服務非常及時到位 ，給我們升級了房間，草坪非常大很適合户外。 小童樂園也不錯，室外泳池風景特別好。酒窖，高爾夫等很多地方因為帶娃沒時間去逛 下次還會來。
