We had a wonderful stay at Pride Inn Flamingo resort. I called the day of my stay for a pickup by their driver and was met a few hours later as I left the baggage pickup at Mombasa airport, by a smiling face holding a sign with my name. The drive to the resort was long. It was equally long on the return. But we were met by a cool drink and wet towel to refresh. The room wasn't ready yet so we had lunch first as they took care of our bags. Lunch, as was all of their meals was plentiful and had a large variety so even my picky eater husband could find plenty to satisfy. We aren't drinkers but drinks both alcohol and non were included in the all-inclusiveness. The room was great spacious and spotless. The shower was cool and because of the heat I didn't even notice. When I had trouble with the safe a call to the desk brought security to o fix it immediately. I must mention that both I and my husband had a massage and it was a don't miss item. I am a former massage therapist and believe me when I say this is worth every penny indulge yourself it's wonderful and I had manicure (my first) which still looks great a week later! This was the perfect way to end my Kenyan safari vacation.

食事は毎回美味しかったです。 海もすぐで砂浜は綺麗でゆったり椅子に座って海を見ているのが心よかったです。私が海辺のホテルを選んだ理由の一つは波の音を聞いて過ごす時間が欲しい思いが叶いました。 全てにおいて満足でした。 また来たいホテルたです。

和兒子旅行來的，我們定的是包含三餐的套餐，這是一家比較久的酒店，裝修不新了，但整個維護還是挺好的，管理規範，員工訓練有素。整個園區的建築規劃錯落有致，有度假酒店的鬆弛和舒展，園林和植物維護的不錯，有自己的私人沙灘。泳池用的是海水，舒適度不錯，房間的景觀和尺度還是比較舒服的，天氣好的時候，晚餐在露天那邊，歌手嗓音很醇厚，之後還有舞蹈表演（跳舞的應該是酒店員工吧，）氛圍很好。白天你在酒店裡任何地方都會有人跟你微笑？並且詢問是否需要幫助或服務。特別感謝帕米拉，她跟小朋友的互動和陪伴，給小朋友留下了深刻的印象，我的兒子很喜歡她。除了水池邊和晚餐的互動以外，他們還一起做了手串。讓小朋友度過了一段輕鬆愉快的時光。美中不足是，早餐的時候幾乎完全沒有蔬菜,比起晚餐的時候風味比較單一，如果下一次再來的話，應該不會考慮這種包含三餐的模式，

環境優美，服務周到

Good food, diverse menu from breakfast to dinner. good service from staff. Entertainment at night daily. Huge pool both for adults and a kids pool and enough sun shades. Hotel is beachfront they clean their part of the beach. Rooms are okay

This trip marked a return, but it was a first for our family to experience the magic of New Year’s celebrations here—and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment dinner started and the clock struck midnight, the Scheduled events on the 31st were great, topped with breathtaking fireworks, was nothing short of amazing. A solid 10/10! Special shoutout to @Charles, who worked the chicken wing station—his service was truly top-notch. And let’s talk about @DJ Merlin—what a gem! He gave us a party we’ll never forget, filling the night with energy and unforgettable tunes! There’s always room to grow though: some entertainment around the swimming area would be a great addition, and a new Zumba instructor might spice things up! Maybe even bring Merlin by the pool for a bit during Zumba—now that’s a vibe we’d love to see!The existing instructor ( the one with huge muscles) did not bring the vibes.Being a return customer , I would say his music flash disk needs to be given a rest! It’s boring and the fact that he plays it every time. As suggested maybe have DJ Merlin for this session. Big thanks to @Hope and @Cindy from front office for being the heart of this trip. These two went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely flawless. And @Glorius from the restaurant, thank you for your incredible hospitality! This was a journey to remember, and we can’t wait to return!

The entertainment was amazing loved every bit of it . The rooms were exceptional. I loved using the amenities. I believe my favorite part is the nature walk and the animals it was really beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the rabbits and the birds so beautiful

I will highly recommend Being our 4th year in flamingo for vacation,we always have to come back Flamingo will always do things differently and will have the guests surprised every evening The Indian cuisine,the set up for dinner and animation team did a wonderful job

This was my family’s first visit, and I totally fell in love with Prideinn Flamingo right from the check-in. I met this awesome lady named Cindy who was like a breath of fresh air—so uplifting and full of life! She handled every little issue that popped up with such care. Honestly, Cindy really embodies what hospitality should be all about. My kids and I adored her. Then there was Hamisi from the animation crew, who kept us entertained and made sure the kids were having a blast by the pool and in the lounge. Overall, Prideinn Flamingo has nailed it on so many levels. It really feels like a home away from home, but with a classy vibe. I got the family room and it was spacious, clean. I loved the food too. On Saturday, we experienced the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, and it was just incredible. Big shoutout for the fantastic dinner, too! The show they put on was amazing!

Great property. Very friendly staff. Personalised service. Excellent and clean spacious rooms. Wide choice of food. Excellent breakfast. Cleanest pool. Beach clean, very few beach vendors. Will definitely come back next year Thanks to Delta for taking care of us. She was always happy to assist

Amazing staff and THE VILLAGE SQUAD!!! Would definitely recommend getting the All Inclusive package and enjoying your holiday to the fullest! Great variety entertainment every night from the acrobats to the Villagers. Perfect atmosphere for families.
