Tixiang Hotel (Shangri La Dukezong Ancient City Moonlight Square Branch)

The hotel is clean look new. It is in a strategic location, as driver can pick up u in front of the lobby. The only thing that disappoint us is no bidet hose in toilet.

The hotel room is clean and large. On our first day, the receptionists really helpful in assisting me on booking trip to Balagezong. They spend almost 20minutes to search and cater for me. They are extremely helpful and welcoming. Downside: There was incident where we wanted to enter our room on our check out day. (Our check out at 2pm, we wanted to enter our room around 1.15pm because we just came back from lunch and wanted to take our things). However, we cannot accessed our room. The receptionist (different from the day we arrived) at the counter said that we should have check out and hesitated to renew our card. After my husband mentioned about the check out time is not reached yet, only then the access card was renewed. We think this should not be happening as it still within the time limit. Because not every tourist checked out at early hours, as they have different plans. Room: no oxygen supply at night Other than this, i think the hotel is great. 👍🏻

服務態度點都不好，説好的免費停車，結果讓我們停在另外一個廣場，也沒有説好多錢，你説的免費停車是該把車費補完撒，管市政施工什麼意思，衹補貼20一次，我們定幾個房間又不止一天也衹有20😓爭了半天退了40，按照這麼説我們一個房間一個車，也不止退這麼多，啥規矩都是你們定，那就早講清楚，不要虛假宣傳

酒店地理位置優越，我們續住了一晚。出門往左就是獨克宗古城，吃玩方便。車輛可以停到酒店後面的停車場，前台服務到位，為我們升級了套房，謝謝。客房設計簡約合理，乾淨、整潔、衞生，衞浴乾濕分離。酒店是瀰漫式供氧，酒店價格合理，值得信賴，推薦入住。
