Lần đầu tiên chúng tôi có một số khó chịu. Buổi tối về phòng nghỉ ngơi một đêm thì chúng tôi đã quen hoàn toàn. Các sản phẩm phòng tắm của Jiumu cũng tốt, bữa sáng phong phú và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình giải đáp nhiều thắc mắc👍👍 👍

Khách sạn nằm n*** bên ngoài khu phố cổ chính, mang đến một nơi nghỉ ngơi yên bình tránh xa sự ồn ào và náo nhiệt của khách du lịch. Có rất nhiều lựa chọn ăn uống gần đó. Các nhân viên vô cùng chu đáo, đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu của chúng tôi như giặt là và đưa đón sân bay. Chúng tôi được chào đón bằng các loại trái cây hàng ngày, và căn phòng hiện đại và được bảo dưỡng đẹp mắt. Khu vườn yên tĩnh là một điểm cộng đáng yêu, và sự hiện diện của một chú chó Samoyed thân thiện khiến kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên thú vị hơn!

Nơi tuyệt vời. Rất sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và thoải mái. Đội ngũ phục vụ rất thân thiện, hữu ích và có sức chứa.

The room is ideal for families, featuring two separate bedrooms, a single washroom, and a spacious layout that easily accommodates all our luggage. The underfloor heating was a wonderful addition, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The oxygen provider in the room also made a noticeable difference, particularly helpful for those adjusting to the altitude. PS. Toilet’s shower drainage is not very good though. The host was exceptionally responsive and prompt with replies. Despite our late check-in, both the host and staff went above and beyond to help us settle in comfortably, even assisting with carrying our luggage up to the second floor. They provided breakfast, which was delicious, and thoughtfully packed a light breakfast for us to take along for our journey back to Kunming. The location is also excellent, situated close to DuKeZong Ancient City and just a short walk to 古城 and other major tourist attractions. Although we encountered a minor issue, the host managed it promptly and professionally, demonstrating genuine care for their guests’ experience. Their attentiveness and dedication were truly commendable. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Very good value! Services are fantastic and very attentive. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is huge portion.

A very welcoming atmosphere, the receptionist are super friendly, the room we booked for 5 ppl. Super spacious and clean. breakfast choice of either mee xien or porridge with unlimited sides. Though the toilet is abit small for group of 5. note to every hotel you book, always have you passport ready, and also have a local phone number as they need to save your number if there's anything to contact, or else use wechat

非常非常好的入住體驗，乾淨舒適，最值得一提的是酒店的服務特別棒！有專屬的管家羣，還贈送晚點。前台幫忙洗了衣服還可以烘乾，真的是超級超級貼心！位置也不錯，直走穿過美食街就是月光廣場。路邊吃的也很多。 還有超親人、熱情的迎賓耶耶！超級超級可愛！！可以和他玩耍！潔白軟糯！！！！

工作人員非常熱情，房間也很舒服，設施齊全，交通便利，酒店為顧客考慮的十分周全，便攜式的供氧設備不僅能瀰漫供氧，也可以鼻息，解決了高反睡覺不舒服的問題，早餐味道也很不錯，非常值得推薦入住的一家。
