I'm from Sri Lanka and suddenly I wanted to book a hotel due to train miss. Then I booked this hotel after considering the price, location and the reviews. To be honest this is an excellent place with all the available facilities. Moreover staff are also very flexible and give more consideration to my requirements as well. Especially my two requirements of staying additional hours and meal arrangements had been done very well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very reliable, very convenient, excellent service. Thank you.

Hotel provide free shuttle to Hongqiao airport. Service staff are quite attentive, rooms are clean but a bit small.

Service is amazing. The room is very clean, European standard. The gym basically has only two devices and is also the cleaning room (has wash machines inside, that was funny)... not so nice. You can hear the plane taking off or landing in the room, which is not a problem for me because I am used to wearing ear plugs during sleep. It might bother some other people.

Stayed a night here due to early flight the next day, pretty close to the airport. Came in November, weather started to become cold hence air-conditioning in the rooms are all centralised and there's no way to adjust it. It was a pretty stuffy night. Check in took quite awhile, might be new staff?
