Joyous Hotel

Điểm tuyệt vời duy nhất về khách sạn này là vị trí. Phòng chỉ có nước nóng một ngày trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Hệ thống thông gió của tòa nhà rất tệ, vì không có cửa sổ nên không khí trong phòng có vẻ hơi nặng nề. Một ngày nọ, cô giúp việc đến phòng lúc 4 giờ chiều khi chúng tôi đang nói chuyện và ngủ trưa, và chỉ mở cửa rồi để nguyên mà không kiểm tra xem có ai bên trong không... Tôi đến để đóng cửa với đồ lót của mình và khi cô ấy thấy cửa mở, cô ấy khăng khăng và gõ cửa và nói rằng cô ấy muốn dọn phòng, nhưng chúng tôi đã lịch sự từ chối vì cảm thấy rất bối rối về thời gian và sự xâm phạm bất ngờ.

Except for the location, l do not recommend this hotel. It is located on second floor in a commercial building. Upon arrival, one has to walk up a few stairs to the elevator, which takes you to the second floor and a filthy reception area.  During check-in, l was told that l had been upgraded to a better room, free of charge. While in bed, turning off the lights, l discovered that behind the curtain, the room had no window. Being too tired to get up, next morning l requested a room with a window for my remaining two days, which l did get for a RMB100 upgrade per night. The room and the whole place smelled of mildew and were not clean. Towels and sheets were washed, but were worn and had stains that obviously could not be removed. I expected delivery if some items that l was told never arrived. Maybe it did, or maybe not. My recommendation: Stay away!

The room was perfect and people very friendly. We could store our luggage at the reception und could get our room earlier.

It was okay for the price considering its central location

在附近上課，兩節課時間想找個地方休息下。別的都挺好，前台也挺友善，就是有一條浴巾特別特別味，一股很油耗的味道，擦頭髮時聞到我都yue了幾次。這麼舊這麼味的浴巾，麻煩不要再給客人用了好嗎

這是兩週前去得了，本來不想再評價奈何攜程提醒我，這次是我最差的一次住酒店經歷，誰能想到在上海比較市中心的酒店，我居然能被一衹小拇指大的蟑螂咬了，早上7點我隱約感覺大腿被什麼咬了，坐起來突然感覺胳臂也被咬了，往右手一看一衹巨大蟑螂仰面躺在我右手邊上，我甚至不知道我和這衹蟑螂共眠了多久！事後我去找了前台但整整兩三個小時無人問津，要不是我打電話給攜程投訴，恐怕這事兒就不了了之了，越想越氣，雖然最後免了住宿費，但是還是一想起來就噁心！
