Great service, hotel very well located with nice views from the rooms.

Whenever I visit Shanghai, I book this hotel. It’s perfect. There was even a concert / festival going on across the street this stay.

Not good enough….The hotel is in a good location and has a decent breakfast , the area where the breakfast is served is quite charming. The hotel is big, but very dated looks like it was a big hotel in the 80s or 90s and hasn’t updated the style since. The rooms are not very big and the decor is tired. The hotel staff is not very friendly, quite the opposite, especially front desk. The cooking staff from breakfast is lovely though,l. The swimming pool is not great, the water is very cold. Too pricey for what it offers, even for Shanghai prices.

Overall good experience, the stuffs were okay only.

Nice hotel close to Jingan subway station, just a few minutes of walk away. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and small pool. Clean and well maintained. Check in was slow.

"I am absolutely delighted with my first stay here. The room is impeccably clean and well-organized, devoid of any unpleasant odors, which contributes to a pleasant and comfortable environment. The hotel is excellent, but the problem is that it is far from Nanjing. There are no restaurants near it. There is a staff office in the room. I do not think that everyone who comes to Nanjing comes for work. It is assumed that there are rooms without an office and are replaced with a sofa.

We stay here a lot we love it. It is convenient, the breakfast buffet has a great range of food, the staff are attentive, the beds are great and the views are amazing. The executive lounge has an array of food and drinks which are just right for afternoon tea or a snack or wine after dinner. We will be back again.

The hotel is in a really great location, easy walking distance from a good range of cafes, bars and restaurants and close to the subway (although you have to make sure you exit the correct side, which is not easy or clear from inside the subway). The gym is good and there is an lovely spa (hot pool, cold plunge pool, and sauna). The only downsides to these facilities are: (1) the actual swimming pool is small and a strange hexagonal shape, and so not very good for swimming lengths; (2) the steam room was not working the whole time I was there, over a few days. It seemed that they probably just don't turn it on.

The hotel enjoys with a very good location since you are in the heart of the city center. The hotel itself fits perfectly with my expectations

Great location, next to subway station. Perfect for arrival directly from airport or train station. Great view. Wonderful bed.
