Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World Hotel from April 15-17. From the beautiful location and comfortable atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything was beyond our expectations. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. H, who went above and beyond to take care of us. He kindly guided us to the restaurants, helped us find the ticketing area, called transportation when needed, and most memorably, organized the sweetest birthday surprise for our daughter, Merry. She absolutely loved it and keeps saying how much she enjoyed staying here. This hotel is not only lovely and well-equipped, but also filled with genuinely kind and thoughtful people. Thank you for making our trip so special and unforgettable. We truly hope to return again soon!

It's a lovely Ski Resort, the snow world and water park are just next door. Very close to the airport but far away from rest of the main attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful, need to give a special thanks to Jansen who helped with my check in, and prior to my check in he's been very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. Gary was another staff I like to give praise to. Then there's another lady but I didn't remember her name. Then there's a gentleman at the lobby, who's very professional, supportive and very patient with my broken Mandarin, who helped me ship out some of our belongings. Mr Dai (戴先生) We stayed for 3 nights, it was a one night stay and eventually we spent the whole weekend at the resort, so didn't get to see Shanghai much. My kid said the world park isn't cold but nothing much to do, mant rides and facilities are shut down (maybe bevause of winter time?) turned into 3 nights, Ski park ticket is 30%+ more expensive during the weekends. I had a terrifying experience at the help desk from the Ski park though, very unprofessional staff. Otherwise, rest are great. Love our room type, the bath tub is basically a mini spring, highly recommend to take a hot bath each night. Nice decor, clean and bright. Nice chilling lobby. Breakfast is wonderful, wide selections. Lunch set and a-la-carte menu are both ok. Dinner buffet sucks though, I will stay away from the dinner buffet if possible! Food are all dried up, crab legs is a joke, food presentation not appealing, not many options. The operations and management of the dining definitely need some work done. Only one dining place, lobby offers refreshment only. But overall, is a great hotel, friendly and supportive staffs, clean, and no smokes!!!!

Love this place especially the Waterworld. Food is plentiful and delicious!

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Check-in for international travelers was seamless and remarkably efficient. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, with genuine smiles and an eagerness to assist. Their professionalism and friendliness instantly made me feel welcome. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Whether it was answering my questions, assisting with tips for the Snow and Waterworld or ensuring that my pre-booked tickets were redeemed effortlessly. The hotel is next to Snow and Water World which was one of the reasons we selected it for our stay. The hotel and its rooms are new and spotless cleean. They provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I specifically liked the attention to details showing the Snow World Themes. The breakfast was great! It offered an extensive variety of options, including a selection of Chinese and international dishes. From fresh pastries to savory options and everything in between, the spread was as delicious as it was diverse. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and memorable stay close to Snow and Water World. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

Because of typoon, water park and snow park were closed. Of course typoon was not hotel's fault, but all agents, especially "Sean Wang" tried his best, offered dinner coupon and room upgrade. All facilities and buildings are brand new, very clean and nice. We will go again once we plan to go to snow park again.

Very modern, clean, and service is quick. Steps away from snow world. Will come again.

The hotel is a bit isolated. But it’s a newer hotel, amenities were clean and size of room was decent. Staff was attentive and friendly. Our package included breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast variety. Checkout was a breeze.

It is located at an excellent location and the hotel staff were super friendly. I would recommend the hotel to all families with kids, as it’s such a kids family hotel. Thanks Crowne Plaza Snow World for giving us such a memorable stay.

Staff were helpful and enthusiastic. My husband left his favourite pants behind. I called and the staff followed up immediately and promised to ship back to us. Right next to the snow world. Great breakfast. New and clean. Will come back.

Great family room where we set up a bed for one child in the loft area! Rooms are spacious with huge bathtubs! Super convenient to walk to L Snow and great to have early entry. Extremely extensive breakfast buffet! Gym was a bit small and sad and was a shame there is no underground access to the water park as it got very cold during winter. Also the hotel reception cannot help you make reservations for restaurants in Shanghai (city was also quite far away).

Great experience as an international tourist, especially we can’t speak Mandarin. Staff were very helpful despite limited english. Room was super clean, spacious and modern. Highly recommended if you want to visit the L+ Indoor Ski next door

We will given full support and hospitality by the hotel staff once we arrive at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly as always. The amenities are excellent and the breakfast is very nice. Ms Fortuna is very helpful and help us to arrange the water park access tickets. The water park is less crowded during this period and we don’t have to wait for any queue. Once again thank you all the staff and wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2025.
