Yijiajia Homestay

The location was very convenient and the community is comfortable. The apartment was filthy, and everything stank of cigarette smoke. We spent our first evening cleaning the place on our own costs and personal time. We wanted to leave and request a refund, but we were traveling with three dogs and a three year old, we decided to clean by ourselves and stay. The next morning the owner sent a cleaner, he spent an hour cleaning and left. The towels were ripped and stained. The kitchen was barely usable and the utensils are old and rusted. We bought two pans and our own cups. There was mold growing in certain spots and the walls looked so bad. Under the beds were the worst, I don't think it was ever cleaned.

四大一小五口人來海昌海洋公園和滴水湖玩，所以訂了這個兩室一廳的民宿，感覺蠻好的，挺乾淨的，離海昌快速通道那個門大概走過去10分鐘

房間舒適温馨，陽台的空間也挺好的可以曬衣服

優點：兩室一廳的房間能滿足一個家庭對大空間的需求，沒有束縛感和壓抑感。南北通透的户型可以開窗透氣，讓人有家的感覺。有廚房，不過我沒有使用，所以不去評論。 小區很安靜，無論是午休，還是夜晚不用擔心有熊孩子打擾你的睡眠。 旁邊的樂農超市會讓出行準備不足的夥伴有補充裝備，零食，日常用品應有盡有 洗衣機這個設備對各種人羣都很友好，還可以在院子裏曬（注意是曬）衣服。這個很哇塞 小區對面街區就有吃飯的地方。 離海洋公園 和 地鐵站都很近。 最主要的是神祕的房東很棒對指出的不足，馬上整改還做出了回饋。 缺點：沒有電梯。行李多就有點惱火 總體來説，是一家值得再來的民宿。

家徒四壁，蚊子很多，床單上都是碎屑，不乾淨，也很吵，不推薦現在很多都是一次性浴巾，那浴巾很久很不好的體驗

以前出差都是住賓館，這次出差住的民宿，屋裡乾淨衞生，還可以做飯，剛好馬路對面，還是個海昌海洋館，下次可以帶孩子來玩。房間不錯
