Atour Hotel Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Metro Station

I enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, water temperature was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. I ordered take out food through an app, and I went downstairs to get my order. The order wasn't there, even though it said delivered so I assumed it was just an error. A woman at the front desk checked on it for me, and could not find it. She came up to talk to me and check my app, and called the driver. It turns out the driver delivered it to the wrong hotel even though it was the correct location on the app. She called the driver for me, located the order for me, and even brought the order up to my room for me. She was so kind and so helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me! I also appreciated the laundry service - you just place your items in a bag, write your room number on the bag, and how you would like them to be laundered. The staff will then bring your items up to your room after they are dry! Thank you ATOUR light!

My family-in-law loved the staff's cleanliness, friendly and professional services, and the buffet breakfast selections. Thank you, Atour!

Good enough nice breakfast

One of best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was so incredibly helpful will all the things I asked (printing off a document, finding a place to print a picture and such). Breakfast was good and washing machines were very good quality

The location was a bit confusing but we sorted that out. The breakfast was delicious
