Undoubtedly the finest levels of service we have ever experienced. This was our first trip to the the grand arc and it delivered on all levels. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much bother. A smile on all of their faces and constant "welcome sir, welcome madam, namaste" everytime we saw them. Alongside "Happy Holi", that was the time we visited, they was a constant high level of service to match. The room, food, front of house, housekeeping, all of the staff were nothing other than wonderful. Everyone made us so welcome. A business is only as good as the staff you employ. Clearly The grand arc management team have got it so right. I can't image how one would ever experience such high levels of service anywhere else. Thank you so much to the the grand arc and all of the staff for making us feel so welcome

Mr Vishal is the best person and polite with members and staff and doing good work the food ambiance are amazing they provide service on time the taste omg is so good the chefs are good staff are friendly and have manner to words elders and came on time that’s all I just love to visit over here and came again and again...😊

The hotel cum resort is magnificent and beautiful. It's services are excellent. It has lush and beautiful gardens and clean swimming pool. The food is amazing and delicious. The ambience was superb. All the staff were very down to earth and maintain Indian culture by greeting with Namaste.
