I and my wife stayed at the hotel for two nights. We found the experience highly pleasant. The room was very good and clean. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Miss Neetu was particularly very helpful and treated us with great respect. She made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We will no doubt stay there again on our next visit to Nawanshahr and have no hesitation in will recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Parkash Aujla

the best in town I can easily say that. Clean rooms, good food, well what else can a person want. Staff is well behaved.

I worked here very terrible experience there behaviour Mr Manoj Kumar who is working as a GM there was very rude at the joining they told we will provide you dress after 7days they started forcing me purchase new dresses and told me if you are not able to buy new dresses don't come from tomorrow.

Housekeeping HOD room attendant ke sath ache se baat nahi karte or batmiji se baat karte hain or ek baat hotel accountant 2 hours mujhe salary ke liye wait karna pada jab main office main jata to abhi bahr wait karne ke liye bolta gusse main or HOD ko knowledge nhi isliye main koie bhi hotel Mai. Jayega to bahut bachtayega kissi ke saath baat karne ki tamij nhi hain HOD ko or accounjaake( GM sir is very honest person very good person)

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. I specifically want to mention the remarkable service of atal singh chaudhary and karan thakur who have shown their intense patience and thoughtful service. Housekeeping staff also were very helpful.
