At first it was ok then they put us right in front of the stairs and jt bacame verh noisey which then we booked another night cause they movèd us and then when we got to the new room we then found a syringe underneath the bed and then the sink was nasty disgusting was not cleaned at all not to mention the floor was completely dirty and then air conditioning unit would not stay on cold and set on 60 the lowest it would go and it would not stay on so I don't know if it's broke or what not but I like my room to be cold and then the ice machine that was on our side of the building downstairs was broken so then we had to walk all the way up to the front to the other building upstairs just to get. It the staff was very nice besides the one cleaning lady she was very rude to me but besides that the hotels okay but that's a lot ..

The property is on a major route (US19) which makes it convenient, but not particularly inviting. It is adjacent to another vintage motel that is not as well maintained.

The room was decent and clean. I did have a situation where I asked for a extra washcloth and towel and you would have thought that asked the front desk clerk for a kidney. Asked me for my room number as if I wanted to steal them. It was that time of the month for me and needed extra. That was none of her business but thats the only reason why. I really disliked her attitude. She didn't treat her white customers like that but unfortunately another classic Karen energy moment

Pictures make this place look better than it is. Floors made my feet black, air conditioner didn’t work, noisy. The location is a little sketchy, not the nicest area. The couple next to us were fighting yelling, hitting the door, broke the window, glass everywhere. Cops do come. I get the place doesn’t have control over that. But when their staff are putting the wood board up in the window they were laughing and yelling at 11:00. We did call the front desk they said, “it’s being handled and under control”. The next morning we check out around 9:30 and talk with the two ladies at the front desk about it and they had no sympathy and the manager was not in. They said she’d give a call, still haven’t heard from the manager. I would not recommend this place at all!! More because of the way everything was handled NO customer service whatsoever! Or we just got the not so good employees!

It was incredibly loud throughout the night, they were partying outside the door all night and went back and forth with partying

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was convenient location. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Not far from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Room remodeled and tastefully appointed, but ruined by the fact that it smelled like dogs had lived in it. We were too much in a rush for our event in town to go back to front desk and request a room change and returned late in the evening. Such a disappointment for hotel advertising “no pets”!

We enjoyed the quiet location. The room was mostly well appointed and clean. A little detail like a nite light in the hairdryer was appreciated. Suggestion: provide an entryway mat. We arrived on a wet, rainy night and had nowhere to wipe our feet. Also a TV channel guide and recycle bin would be helpful. Thanks for the great stay!
