This might be a 1 star hotel but the staff were 5 star. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day and the room was spotless.

nice ibis brand hotel with lots of palms and orange trees at the entrance . sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing. pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel. conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away

El hotel tiene lo básico en la habitación y cuenta con un adecuado desayuno buffet. Lo recomiendo para una o dos noches máximo. Precio calidad es adecuado por lo económico. Si ubicación cercano al aeropuerto puede resultar útil para quien lo necesite. Buena atención del personal.

Travelling a lot and often using Ibis (in all shades) I'd no expectations which would be hard to fullfill. Means all was somehow OK . The girl from the reception extremely friendly in the opposite of the young guy refusing to serve a little drink to celebrate midnight (New Year) when we arrived at 23.50 , yelling at me "The bar is closed, that's our policy !" . I told him we're not planning to spent the night in the bar . His reaction" I don't care, their is closed" (I think he wanted to run home ?). The friendly girl explained us the next morning that he's know for his behave and there is no rule to close the bar at midnight New Years Eve and excused for this brat ! I don't know if those guys are well paid (hahaha) but this guy should work with machines, not with people ?!

Stanza piccola,.con doccia e lavandini di fianco a letto. Inaccettabile. Colazione a buffet a 7.5€ con pochissima scelta, non hanno né Nutella ne cioccolata spalmabile, solo marmellata, poi cornetti vuoti e saccottini. Uova , prosciutto e basta.

Was a bit thrown off by the bunk bed layout for the full + twin rooms. Wasn't an issue for me but wish it had been mentioned in the description. Otherwise it was sufficient, close enough to the airport, clean, relatively cheap.

Sujidade. Ac não funcionava. Não recomendo de todo. Foi das piores experiências que tive. Além disso o preço não é nada de especial. Os lençóis da cama também estavam sujos. Tivemos que pedir para trocar, não sei como é possível isto acontecer num hotel desta cadeia

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Informationen zu Umgebung und Transport. Im Zimmer gab es alles was man braucht. Inklusive einer sehr guten Klimaanlage, was bei Außentemperaturen von 43C ein Segen war. Das Zimmer war hygienisch sauber und das Hotel gut gepflegt. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine schönen Bereich unter Schirmen, um ein Eis zu genießen. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es etwa 5 Minuten. Von dort kommt man direkt ins Zentrum. Cabify ist auch empfehlenswert und günstiger als Uber.

El hotel está muy bien. Alrededor tiene bares y alguna tienda de comida y farmacia. No está muy céntrico pero a mi la ubicación me vino muy bien. Habitación limpias y amplias. Tiene piscina pero no la llegue a utilizar. Un día cenamos allí para picar y bien pero un poco caro.

Hotel come questi non dovrebbero esercitare l'accoglienza degli ospiti perché non hanno niente da offrire se non un prezzo CARO per il servizio che offrono. Cominciamo con il dire che non è vicino all'Aeroporto pur avendo nella propria etichetta la parola "Aeroporto". Arrivi all'Hotel e ti indirizzano ad un cubicolo dove a malapena entri, non esiste un seppur piccolo armadio, non c'è niente per aprire una valigia e la sola soluzione è metterla sul letto. Coperta del letto sporca, un asciugamano, come fatto notare alla reception sporco, un lettino sopra la tua testa che ogni volta che esci dal tuo letto ci sbatti contro ma, meravigli delle meraviglie la doccia è separata e il lavandino è in camera per cui se ti fai la doccia non hai niente per appendere non solo un asciugamano ma nemmeno i ricambi che devi indossare dopo il bagno. Devi uscire entrare in camera, nudo, e cambiarti li. Se vuoi cenare devi andare ad un altro Ibis nelle vicinanze, insomma......... un incubo!
