The apar**ent was nice, well located for visiting the city and the management is very efficient and responsive. However, there is a disco club at the ground floor of the building with loud music untill late night. We could not sleep very well.

The spot is just perfect! You are near Alameda de Hercules for good tapas at a decent price, 2 minutes of self-laundry and grocery at 5 minutes. You want a good place to live for two weeks in a couple in Sevilla for the right price. That's the spot.

I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apar**ent hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apar**ent right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apar**ent next door for us to use shower. After I checked out, maybe for the reason of separate booking for the same apar**ent, they asked me to pay for the last night I stayed but I am so sure I paid beforehand. They sorted out at the end but that is quite confusing. Lastly, the apar**ent is nicely maintain, especially the mattress is very comfortable. Very quick response from the customer service. Hope their hardware can progress.

The apr**ents are really lovely and clean. The booking and payment were easy, but there is a disco just at the ground level that does not allow you to sleep the whole night. I left at 4:45AM and they were still dancing, drinking outside the apar**ent’s door and almost impossible to walk with luggage. If instead you are a young couple and enjoy night life this is your place.

Thoroughly enjoyed for a weekend in Sevilla, and perfect for travelling with a partner. Well located and the apar**ent had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy. Modern furnishings in the apar**ent too.

Just a couple of days but everything was perfect for my business trip to Seville. I would return for a City Break or with family. Staff were excellent, great service and everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel strongly.

Location is great and flat is brand new. Unfortunately I was ripped off as the heating wasn’t working in the entire building and the manager refused to find me another accommodation or to give us a compensation. The card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so we were asked to pay cash. In hindsight avoid doing that as it’s impossible to recoup your money. The heating wasn’t working and got my shoes wet on Saturday with the rain do that was annoying. Asked for a compensation was told off. TV channels not coming through. I would have appreciated mugs, a kettle, kitchen towel and why not a toaster and some dishwasher liquid. There is a disco on the ground floor and although insulation is very good they wake you up on their way out at 6am. To sun up when they ask you to pay cash you run the other way.
