I spent a long weekend in November with my wife; the choice went on this hotel, let's be honest, because of availability and location. It is an old structure requiring maintainance, on the major aspects rather than on the details. For example, the beds are (in my opinion) extremely comfortable, you have elctricity and USB charging points next to the bed, and there is a safe in the cabinet. There is not a fridge in the room. The bathroom in my room requires a complete restyling. Old, not well maintained, not user friendly if you have a certain age (no shower, but baththat you must climb in and out). I will never understand why certain hotels have baththubs... Hair dryier is included. There was a strange and strong smell at the entrance and in the common ara. Not in the bedrooms. We did not go for the breakfast, hence no opinion on that: it was not included in our fee, and honestly for 8 EUR/person we decided to go to backeries for fresh pastries. Good point is that we could open the windows on a sort of french balcony (we were on the first floor). The scherms were not the best but did their job. The location is very good, being in between the touristic area/center and the "locals area" where you want to go for aperitives and dinner (unless you want to stay at touristic places...). In my opinion, it would need a little more effor to have a 3rd star.

Muy buena ubicación ya que está cerca del centro urbano, pero adolece de varias cuestiones por la edad como es la accesibilidad y ruidos de las habitaciones y del exterior. Poca variedad en el desayuno.

Hotel in pieno centro città. Poco dopo aver effettuato il check in notiamo che i sanitari e la doccia della camera non erano stati praticamente puliti. Ci cambiano stanza. Alle ore 19 notiamo che l'aria condizionata della stanza non funziona. Chiediamo al personale e ci riferisce di essere un problema di tutto l'albergo e che sarà risolto entro poche ore. Alle ore 23 e 15 la situazione non si è risolta. In stanza vi erano 35° C. Disdiciamo la camera ed allo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato un 4 stelle. A Siviglia in piena estate non è tollerabile ritrovarsi in una camera alle 23 di sera senza aria condizionata. Tralasciando la mia disavventura che andava raccontata posso dire che la posizione dell'hotel è ottima e forse è una delle qualità che salva la struttura. Reception H 24, camere vecchiotte. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' alto. Mi dispiace ma si può fare molto meglio.

Espero q estas críticas sirvan para el futuro...lo único y mejor la ubicación, hotel de 3 estrellas peor que un hostal, jamás nos vimos en otra,sin poder abrir la ventana de la habitación x si entraban bichos con vistas a un patio q daba miedo,sonaban los colchones,las almohadas de pena,el aire acondicionado sonaba... mogollón y olía en el baño a tuberías y lo mejor el desayuno.... Con los huéspedes lo comentamos, no había de nada y cuando le pedimos a la de recepción nos dijo q no tenía para reponer,hello??? Había un súper muyyy cerca para comprar aunque fuera tostadas o algo q lo habíamos pagado mucho dinero pq era el final de a feria de Abril.... una pena de verdad....

in rapporto qualità - prezzo l'hotel offre uno standard molto alto sia per la camera (spazio - pulizia - silenziosità) che per la posizione della struttura. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto e che non parlano italiano, ma non è stato un gran problema perchè lo spagnolo e abbastanza intuitivo e loro sono molto cordiali.-

Es un hotel modesto que por las fotos parece un hotel viejo y que no vas a estar cómoda, pero he estado en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas peores que este. La cama es comodísima, el personal estupendo, la habitación muy limpia y se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila. La nevera enfría un montón, lo que no suele ser usual en un hotel. El hotel se encuentra en el centro con lo que hay muchísimas opciones para comer y ver Sevilla después de trabajar.
