Novotel Sevilla

We had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

Room cleaning is sufficient. Service is average. Amenities are not enough. The location of the hotel is good. However, the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation.

Overall good place to be. No points for booking via trip.com though

Near the sport center. A nice place to live if you like soccer

Wry centrally located hotel with good restaurants, shopping mall. Highly recommended this hotel and breakfast was very good with lots of varieties.
