Cathedral Apartment, Upper Floor Apartment

This is a great apartment in the centre of Seville just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. It has all the amenities you could want in a small space, and every single room has a little tiny balcony. We spent many happy breakfasts watching the life of Seville go on below us. The pool on the roof which is shared with other apartments is tiny, you wouldn’t feel particularly comfortable in there with people not in your group, but it’s certainly a welcome addition after a very hot day in the city, and the roof terrace gives you the chance to watch beautiful sunsets. We did come across one or two other visitors to the apartments but rarely was there anyone in the pool when we wanted to go in. If there was, everyone was very civilised about it took their turn and then came out to give the next people a turn. I’ve seen another review saying that visitors from a nearby hotel can access the pool. I’m not sure why this reviewer thought so because it is absolutely clear that there is no access to the pool for anyone other than people staying in the apartments. If I have one criticism it is that the decking on the terrace is very worn and quite unstable, you do have to be careful where you step because it would be easy to trip or catch your feet in the loose boards. I do think that this is something the apartment owners as a whole should rectify. But it certainly shouldn’t stop anyone from staying there, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Eigentlich ist es nur ausreichend, mangelhaft ist wiederum übertrieben. Positiv: -bequemes Bett -Lage ist top, direkt an der Kathedrale und mitten im Geschehen - Dachterasse mit schönem Ausblick -größtenteils sauber und groß Negativ: -Duschdüsen defekt, wenn man duscht ist alles vor der Dusche nass - kein Handtuch für die Füße/den Boden vorhanden - der Kühlschrank schließt nicht -sehr sehr laut, darüber muss man sich bewusst sein, abends ist es noch laut, locker bis 1-2 Uhr (gegenüber ist eine Cocktailbar) morgens ab 7:30 werden Flaschen geleert und die Läden beliefert (Wagen, die über Kopfsteinpflaster fahren) - Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht - in der Küche tropft es, es steht ein Eimer unter den Rohren -keine Info über WLAN etc. erst auf Nachfrage Insgesamt kann man seinen Sevill Trip hier verbringen aber ich würde nicht wiederkommen, da es sicher bessere Unterkünfte gibt Wer mit dem Mietwagen herkommt muss einen öffentlichen Parkplatz buchen, locker 900 m zu Fuß
