Clean and Friendly activities for families , close to national park. Unit has everything you need like home away from home.

Don't know if we have one mouse or two mouses lol, but we see a mouse running around. Also, when u get here make sure u tell them you'll go to the meeting the next morning or they'll stick you in a room as far away from the water park as possible.... Waterpark is under construction and half of it is shut down. Arcade cost 10 dollars worth of credits to play 2 games I complained and they gave me a few more credits. Big nice rooms except for mice and location....

This was the easiest resort I have ever checked into. No pushy sales people, checked in, got a great coupon book, went to the room, it was wonderful, furniture updated, Kitchen everything was wonderful. The staff, WOW, everyone was so nice and offered us help all week. Extra towels, no charge, anything we needed they were there to help. Love this place. Will be going back in the future.

Our family of six had a great trip to a great resort in the great Smoky Mountains! We highly recommend this resort, and it is close to many attractions as well as the national park. Everyone was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean.

Nice indoor waterpark a lot closer than the beaches. This was our fifth or sixth stay at this location. My daughter was born in January and always seems to miss out on her birthday because everybody is so burned out from Christmas. We do experience gifts for her now, and this has been one of her repeat favorites. This year though, she said she feels like she is outgrowing it. Overall, the property is geared more toward younger kids and families. Their (removed) indoor-outdoor experience used to be where the adults would really spend their time. They could get in the indoor side of the hot tub, walk through a wall flap and be in the TRUE outdoors. Don't let their advertising fool you - the *new* indoor/outdoor hot tub replacement is a disappointment in comparison to what they used to have. We used to be able to escape the noise and lights and most kids by going to the outdoor part. Not anymore. The "new" one is just the old patio swimming pool that was split in half and had the cool waterfall turned off. You're not truly outdoors now - you're in a crowded, noisy, lighted and fully enclosed room. No more seeing the stars. No more escaping the kids (anyone 5 and up is allowed) and it's in a shared room with what is now a half-pool with a basketball hoop in it - so lots of kids screaming and playing water basketball. The new additions to the waterpark are awesome. The water coaster is a great ride and a great addition. It just came at great expense of the one true water respite the park offers that adults enjoyed.
