Zafiro Palace Andratx

Great service … nothing is too much trouble. Room as good size with comfy bed, private plunge pool & balcony. Great choice of restaurants - all food was fantastic and even the buffet option had huge choice at all sittings. Beautiful views and close to local amenities - sandy beach, shops & bus stop … to get into Palma & other local towns.

Lots of us stayed at the Zafiro Andratx for six nights before my daughter’s wedding at Finca Son Mir north of Palma. The hotel was chosen by my daughter and son in law for the excellent service and the extensive facilities. We celebrated with a roof terrace party at Origin Palma Nova plus a pre wedding Jago dinner and party at the Steigenberger Hotel nearby before the wedding day at Son Mir. We had such a wonderful time and it was lovely to be at a hotel where there was such a high level of comfort and service. The rooms were very large with fabulous bathrooms and a steamer in every room. The jacuzzi in the room had magnificent views and the wardrobe was huge so was ideal for the evening dresses etc. Maid service was twice daily. Breakfast was amazing and had anything you could think of! The waiting staff were brilliant and took orders for various coffees etc. Easy to find beds at the variety of pools and pool food and drink service was great. I have been to Camp de Mar twice before this hotel was built and I would definitely return to this hotel again.

The hotel is big, very clean, in a lovely setting with lots of lovely views. There are a good number of pools - the main ones are very big with great views of hills/mountains. The sky pool has lovely sea views. Poolside service is good; the restaurants are fine including the delicious and varied buffet. The veranda restaurant is lovely for breakfast and dinner. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant. We stayed in block six and I would say that was the best block in terms of location and views (just my opinion). Unfortunately- and not the hotel's fault - we knew immediately upon entering the our room at check-in, that the previous occupant had been smoking in there (against hotel rules). This was disappointing on arrival but we were tired so didn't raise it with reception and just went to sleep. We decided against reporting this to reception as otherwise the room was in an excellent spot. Thank you Adela who did the 12.00 lunchtime aqua aerobics - loved it!

I have stayed here 3 times now and absolutely adore the hotel. Most importantly, we stayed here for our wedding week in September 2024 and booked out over 20 rooms with family and friends. I honesty do not have enough good things to say about the staff here, they were above and beyond for me and nothing was too much hassle. I had been dealing with Mariana before my arrival and she was so good to us preparing for the visit. During the week all staff were checking in on me and making me feel so special. Our family and friends had an incredible stay too, they loved everything from the rooms, breakfast, pools, location and food. This was a very important stay for us and we made memories we will never forget. We will be back for annual visits.

This hotel is beyond amazing, everything from start to finish is taken care of in such a professional and personal manner, an absolute pleasure to stay here. Had a surprise 5 night break for a special birthday for my wife, prior communication with the hotel ensured that the room and special in-room surprises on arrival were arranged and carried out beautifully. Have to commend the concierge service for this, nothing was too much trouble On arrival, after being collected by the hotel's own car, check-in was a breeze. Very personal and carried out on a sofa with a glass of cava in hand, great start. Then led to room with a brief tour of the grounds by the concierge. The rooms are amazing, we had a Zafiro Club junior suite which was outstanding. The Club rooms are advertised as having the best views and this is most certainly the case, stunning views over the pool of the harbour and mountains that you never tire of looking at. Everything is provided in the room, fully stocked mini bar which is replenished daily, huge super comfortable bed and best of all a large whirlpool bath with views of the mountains! With the Club rooms you have your own pool area, loads of comfortable sun loungers and Club truck where you get your cocktails and can order food to your lounger from an extensive menu. Have to make a special mention of the young man who worked at the Club Truck, Reuben. He is a star and an absolute credit to the hotel. His attention to service, knowledge and presentation of the handmade cocktails/drinks was just superb. He worked his heart out all day and was so pleasant at all times. The restaurants at the hotel are again, superb. The food is beautifully presented and tastes as good as it looks. LA Veranda, the Italian restaurant also takes bookings for breakfast and this is fantastic and well worth doing. The views alone are stunning never mind the food. Great breakfast can also be had at walk in Market restaurant, everything again well presented and freshly made, and washed down with a nice glass of fizz! My wife had spa treatments whilst staying and again these were wonderful and carried out to a very high standard. Club rooms also come with a 50 min massage per guest and this was amazingly relaxing. Could go on all day about how good this hotel is, not sure where the people that leave bad comments have been or what they expect? Cannot wait to go back which we most certainly will.

We stayed here as a three generation family and couldn't fault it. Rooms were clean and spacious, food was superb, and staff were efficient, friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
