Private: natural garden 2 ha. Terrace, garden furniture. Gruff motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. A little electric barbecue can only be used inside the house. Andratx, restaurant, grocers 1.5 km. Sant Elm beach 6 km. Port d'Andratx 5 km. Cap de Mar beach 6 km. Andratx harbour 5 km.
