“I had an amazing experience at KLIA Plaza Premium Lounge! I accidentally dropped my earring, and to my surprise, when I returned from my trip and asked about it, the staff had found and kept it safe for me. Special thanks to CSO Hery for the honesty and excellent service. Truly impressed with their care and professionalism. Highly recommended!”

Why does the staff spend all day banging silverware into trays where the customers are sitting? Why not do that in the area away from customers? Ridiculously loud! Other than that, just a normal lounge with decent food and amenities. Train the staff correctly!

Always a joy to see the lounge when ever I travel . If is always good and the service is excellent. Small spread very nice and the made to order items are always excellent. Well done in keeping up the standard. I was recently at langkawi and the service staff and manager were really great. Keep it up Excellent
