Hotel Palace

It’s a shame when a hotel owner doesn’t respect their clients. It seems as if clients are a nuisance especially if they have a problem, or a request, of any kind and quite rightly go to the hotel personnel to express it. Everything is fine if they pay up and shut up. Any other issue, even a simple misunderstanding that could be resolved in a few minutes, is treated with arrogance and an attitude worthy of the worst bully. The tone of the reply to some of the comments here are emblematic. È un peccato quando il proprietario di un hotel non rispetta i propri clienti. Sembra che i clienti diano fastidio soprattutto se hanno un problema, o una richiesta, di qualsiasi tipo e giustamente si rivolgono al personale dell'hotel per esprimerlo. Va tutto bene se pagano e stanno zitti. Qualsiasi altra questione, anche un semplice malinteso risolvibile in pochi minuti, viene trattata con arroganza e con un atteggiamento degno del peggior bullo. I toni della risposta ad alcune critiche qui sono emblematici.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, the old town and the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beaches, where admission is discounted. The room is a decent size and clean. The breakfast is fair. Compared to the fact that the building looks modern from the outside, the rooms somehow create an outdated impression. The air conditioning barely works. The shower is very small. There was only one outlet in the room, so it is recommended to bring a power strip.

One of the best experiences of hospitality we’ve ever had. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. The hotel and rooms are also exceptionally clean. We were fortunate to have a room on level 3 facing the ocean which was a fabulous way to wake up! The hotel is very close to the train station and straight across from the beach. We didn’t experience any noise or problems. The breakfast was a very generous continental style with beautiful fruits and a range of cakes, as well as the usual staples in Italy. Several reviewers have complained about the bathroom, however we feel these are unwarranted. There are extra bath mats supplied in case any water sprays under the shower curtain and the bathroom was very clean. The staff went above and beyond, we are highly grateful of this experience!

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. As the hotel is round, I believe practically all rooms have a balcony with sea-view which is a great feature. I stayed in two different rooms. One was more modern and sleek, the other was a little more old-fashioned but with a warmer decor - both rooms were nice and had sufficient closet space. Breakfast is served buffet-style on the first floor in a large, bright room with sea-view. The most outstanding feature of the hotel is the friendliness of every single member of staff. They made us feel as though we were really welcome throughout our stay. If ever I went back, I would definitely choose this hotel again for a really relaxing holiday.

Ottimo hotel,nulla da eccepire.Silenzioso vicinissimo al mare e spiaggia convenzionata con prezzi modici. Personale sorridente e gentile,cambio biancheria regolare e pulizia delle camera perfetta. Colazione varia con servizio bar,completa di dolce e salato. Parcheggio vicino all' hotel senza tariffa.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Tutto perfetto. Posizione ideale, davanti alla rotonda, silenzioso, personale super gentile che ha saputo darci ottimi consigli per vivere Senigallia. Camera vista mare con balcone. Colazione ottima.
