Enjoy your morning coffee or sip some wine in the evening and take in all that lake life has to offer.Middle level features a comfortable living area with a vaulted ceiling and open floor plan. The living room has a sectional sofa, 65" tv and a 2-story stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals with ease. The dining area has a bay window and gives you exceptional views of the lake while you dine. The table comfortably seats eight and the island has three stools. There are two bedrooms on this level; one bedroom features a Queen-size bed and the second has a Twin-size bed and a twin trundle bed. Each room has a tv and they share a full size bathroom. This level also includes a spectacular wrap-around porch. There is plenty of seating, including a daybed. Peek around the corner and you will see a gas grill available. Lower level suite features a private bedroom with a Queen-size bed including a tv and DVD player, kitchen area, kitchen table, living area with tv, full-size sofa-sleeper, full bathroom and laundry room.The Game Room:The garage has been transformed into a brand new game room. Grab a partner and play pool, ping pong, air hockey, bubble hockey, foosball, darts or shuffleboard. Take a bike ride on one of the four bicycles provided. A refrigerator/freezer is also available to keep your drinks cold.The Backyard:Lounge on the 125' of lakefront property or hang out on the dock with lots of seating provided. Welcome to the lake! Enjoy this completely renovated home located minutes from some of the best wineries/breweries Seneca Lake has to offer. All dinnerware is provided for your convenience. As you continue through the house, you enter the newly remodeled kitchen. The brand new appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster for your use. In the cabinets, you will find pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and baking ware.As you progress to the back of the house, you enter the living room, with expansive views of the lake. The couches and chairs are the perfect setting for watching a movie or snuggling up with a book and taking in the lake. There is a flat screen TV with basic cable, Netflix, and Hulu. High Speed Wi-Fi is also included. Rounding out the room is a small bar for serving wine and other beverages.The house has three bedrooms with all linens included. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled half bath. There is a dresser and closet with plenty of space for everything you brought with you. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds. In this room, there is also a closet and dresser. There should be space to expand in the bedrooms for even the most prepared traveler. Window AC units are installed for the summer months. The nice lake breeze often means you won't need them.The full bathroom will be stocked with towels and other amenities for your stay. There is a large stand-up shower and a large vanity for your toiletries. First floor laundry with washer, dryer, and iron is an added bonus to this house.As you make your way outside, there is a covered deck with two rocking chairs and a covered grilling area. A brand new propane grill is included for your use. There is a flat backyard, perfect for lawn games or kicking a ball. Down a small set of stairs, there is a sprawling deck with plenty of room for the whole family. There is outdoor table seating for six and four Adirondack chairs to enjoy the stunning view. Down another small flight of stairs, you reach the beach area and dock, from which you can take a dip, go fishing, or dock a boat. I have two kayaks with life vests for guest use. There is also a boathouse to store all of your water toys. Lakeside offers you 100 feet of lakefront to enjoy in the seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall. The lakeshore is accessible by 20 steps. The beautiful and open view of the lake can be seen from all rooms in the front of the house.Entering the home finds you on a glass enclosed front porch. Living, dining and kitchen spaces are one open space. A short hallway leads you one bedroom as well as the bathroom. Relax in the naturalness of original log walls, a large stone fireplace made from lake and field stones and a wood cathedral ceiling hosting large, natural beams. Enjoy all natural and original wood floors in all rooms with the exception of the bath. 2 bedrooms makeup the upstairs along with a small landing to enjoy a view from above. This is not decorated as a traditional log cabin, but with a rustic tone and a hint of bohemian style.A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the basement accessible from inside the house. Rochester and Syracuse airports are about 40 minutes away and Niagara Falls is about a 90 minute drive. Our deck has a set of stairs going down to the water and dock. The shore line is shale, so we recommend water shoes. The water is shallow in front of the house and gradually gets deeper. We have a dock with Aderondack chairs, and have provided floats for guests to use in the water.
