We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, our room was a good size and it was so quiet at all times - no noise from neighbours or from the street. Really clean, TV with YouTube and Netflix was so good and the wifi worked seamlessly. Would thoroughly recommend and would happily stay again.

The room size is really good for our family of 4. The location is the best with shops all around and train station within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is located in downtown, so a lot of food nearby. Relatively cheap. However room is unexpectedly small. You have to give and take before you book it.

Good experience, it was far from JR station but a 15-20min walk is not that bad in Japan. Area was full of shops and restaurants, perfect for dining. It is an unmanned hotel at the reception desk but it was easy to check-in and check-out. Only problem we found was that the room, despite being clean, smelled bad.

Check-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

The hotel looked new or newly renovated. The location is convenient not far from Sendai station. Everything is self done - check in, check out, luggage storage, etc - and there is little interaction with the hotel staff. While you check in and out there's a multilingual hologram of a samurai, ninja, etc who watches and occasionally speaks, which is entertaining. Breakfast is either pasta or omu-rice with salad and a drink. Good value for the money.

A good and clean hotel on a very central location. In walking distance to everything including shops, restaurants, a bus-stop and the station (15 minutes). The lobby is well-designed, but the sound effects (dino egg) were annoying. The room was mostly clean with nice lighting and a big TV but it is very small overall. There is a window but the view was non-existent (you look at a wall). We enjoyed our stay.

location is good, staffS are helpful, business hotel, Breakfast is so so.

Very clean and tidy. The touch-less check in service is convenient. The lockers for luggage storing are very thoughtful.

I like the experience of staying in this hotel

The hotel is located at the city center with metro and bus stops nearby. It is connected to JR Sendai Train Station with a busy shopping arcade which takes 15 minutes walk. There are convineance stores and supermarkets along the way. All kinds of eateries can be found in the catchment area. It offers self check in and outs. Coin operated washing machines are provided on site. Though the space and amenities provided were average, it's cleanliness was quite good.

Honestly it’s a bit far from the JR Sendai station ! Otherwise it’s a good location with all the eats and beautiful parks . I love thé TV comes with YouTube access!
