On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite in what seems the older hotel a cross the street which was very kind, however the room temperature was only 11°C and there were too many stairs for our dog. It was obviously a family suite because it had a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed all in the same room. Our superior room was nice but there was mould in the bathroom and privacy tape covering a crack in the door. The bed did not have a headboard, so you could not sit up in bed because the pillows folded into the gap. There was a kettle but only thin plastic cups. That all said, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with mugs for our coffee. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent accompanied by a good selection of wines. Hotel rooms and restaurant could do with a little TLC, but apart from that the hotel is great value for money. We would definitely stay again but select a different room.

- Competitive price with free street parking until 9am
- Breakfast is good with fair food choices
- Room is big and renovated, yet the bedroom is old (window broken and taped) and without AC (which is misleading info and complaint raised to *******) Overall is okay.

It was really great fun.The only thing I didn’t understand was the payment of 15Euro when checking out.That’s a bit wired.Can someone explain that to me please.

Premetto che Selvino soprattutto quest'anno con la chiusura delle due funivie non permette di fare molte attività di montagna come escursioni e già questo rende un po' noioso il soggiorno. L'hotel per gli adulti non è per nulla rilassante. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia con due bambini di 4-9 anni ad agosto. L'accoglienza è pessima, alla reception c'è personale scortese e completamente inesperto che non sa nulla nè dell'hotel e nè di Selvino (inutile chiedere informazioni). La stanza (suite nature) ha un armadio minuscolo, ho dovuto mettere i vestiti sul tavolo, il condizionatore è sopra al letto dei bambini che è un divano aperto con un materasso inesistente. Il letto matrimoniale ha il materasso vecchio ed è composto da due materassi con evidente spazio tra i due. Insomma preparatevi al mal di schiena. Pulizia veramente carente. Cibo da mensa con personale scortese , pasta scotta. Complimenti per l'entusiasmo alle animatrici Monica e Marika che tentano di salvare il salvabile. Non esiste un mini club , i bambini sono a carico delle famiglie e le uscite e le attività si pagano extra ogni giorno e non poco!! Parcheggio a pagamento con auto ammassate, rischiate di rimanere bloccati. La piscina non è una piscina ma solo un posto per rinfrescare i bambini con spruzzi e giochi, per gli adulti non c'e nulla, solo sdraio quasi tutte rotte al sole bollente senza nemmeno una doccia. Lo sconsiglio!

Hotel molto originale composto da suite a tema il tutto con unico tema della natura e in particolare il bosco. Completo di tutti i confort con bagno ampio, angolo doccia spazioso. Letto king size con materasso memoro molto comodo e due cuscini a persona. Ristorante ottimo sia a colazione che pranzo/cena Con piatti e prodotti tipici del territorio. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò. Ottima posizione per fare passeggiate in montagna. Navetta per recarsi alle terme di San Pellegrino che abbiamo utilizzato

Miglior hotel in Selvino. Personale accogliente, ottima cucina e soprattutto complimenti all’animatrice Monica che ha saputo intrattenere i bambini durante il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura. Grazie di cuore dell’ospitalità. Pinuccia

Albergo davvero molto bello e pulito con tutte le comodità per i bimbi camere enormi e moderne anche la cucina molto curata..Monica l animatrice davvero top super gentile e davvero molto ospitale con la sua simpatia tipica romagnola è stata davvero molto carina con noi
