Beautiful hotel and spa! In the spa you can find various kinds of sauna, whirpool and indoor and outdoor pool + relax area. I had a great massage from Marlene - highly recommended! I will definately come back again. They have spa package also for those who don’t stay at the hotel!

We stayed for a week with 2 kids in this wonderful hotel. First I would like to mention good points about this property, because there are quite a few. The hotel is newly renovated in an impressive way. The design, smart architectural solutions, the quality of the materials and the furniture in the main areas are of the very high standards. The reception staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. We stayed in an old room (there are also new suites), but it was still well maintained, clean and spacious for our family. The beds are very good, the sleep quality is excellent. The only thing I missed was a proper, not broken make-up mirror and a good light in a bathroom. You can rent the skies and other equipment at the hotel and it went very smooth. The shuttle service is also very good. The bar and the lounge area are very inviting, the barmens were professional, friendly and the bar was well-stocked. Spa area (saunas) are very good, the quality of the massages was excellent, but I have a feeling they are understaffed (booking a day in advance was not possible). The pool area was OK, but it felt that its a bit outdated. A few essential aspects though must be improved to match the ambition of one of the few 5 star hotels in the area. The FOOD: the quality of the food during a dinner was not consistent. Some dishes were good, others were bland, sloppy. The buffet was diverse, but sometimes I had a feeling the dishes were prepared a day before. The breakfast was good. We've also noticed that there is a lack of a senior staff in a dining area. Comparing to other hotels of this level, where the cooperation between the kitchen and the dining service staff is a well-oiled machine, here it is not the case. It takes some time to fix that.

In terms of service, wellness & spa, food & gourmet experience as well as room equipment this hotel is on par with One&Only, Kempinski, Mandarin Oriental etc... The location, surrounding activities, cleanliness, comfort and tailor curated offering... simply amazing stay!

We visited Selva many times but this was our first time in Granbaita. From the moment you arrive you realise the high standard of service. Welcoming staff , amazing new rooms huge variety for all meals, modern ski room. The pool spa and gym also offer everything you wish for. Centrally located to both main lifts, the shuttle service is always available to take you or pick you up from the slopes. This service elevates the hotel even more, if you visit for skiing. Looking forward to going back.!!!

What can I say, this is truly a five star experience. The room is a great size, beautifully finished in the finest wood panelling throughout. We had a lovely view over the mountains. Service, great! Attentive (not overly so, which I prefer) smiling, highly professional, and clearly VERY well trained. The food, it’s like dining in a high class restaurant every night. We could live off the buffet alone… The pool is great, with an inside / outside design and the E-bikes are practically new and ideal for exploring the area, what’s more they’re part of the package. It helps that the hotel is in a beautiful valley of course!
