It is a nice hotel with all the required amenities. Its clean and fast check in and out process. Very close to Eguisheim, the pretty French town with lots of colorful medieval buildings

The only hotel during our France trip that was rude and refused to speak English. Even when using Google translate the staff whispered and laughed in French in front of us. Asked via gluten free breakfast over email which was confirmed, only to realise later they didn't provide any GF bread. Also asked for sauna which I really looked forward to going and they just said it's not available. No explanation or anything. The radiator in our bathroom didn't work so we couldn't dry our cycling kit and the aircon in theil room was absolutely useless. Very disappointing stay.

Located at a five minute's walk from the historic center, the hotel is fine and has helpful receptionists. There is free parking nearby, but be sure to ask the receptionist how that works. The room was fine as was breakfast, which was not included in the price.

Beautifully designed, modern hotel, with a warm welcome from helpful and professional staff. Very comfortable, clean room with stunning view. Perfect location for lovely town centre and just 5 mins from train station. Superb restaurant.

Great hotel, we arrive there asking for help and they were extremly nice and helpful. If they help us the way they did without being a customer i can’t imagine what they would do for their clients. They also help us to get a taxi and in selestat its almost imposible to get one and they did, they keep calling until they found one. Literal they save our day ! Thanks

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville. La décoration est très belle. La chambre est correcte et la salle de bain également. Il manque un peu de pression au niveau de la douche. La personne de la réception est sympathique. Par contre la terrasse à l’arrière est sale. Le soir nous avons voulu manger au restaurant bien mal nous a pris... La dame au service est exécrable avec les clients, stressée et stressante. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour un burger qui était désespérément mauvais, pain industriel + steak haché trop cuit ( la cuisson saignante ayant été refusée par la dame au service) bref nous n’avons même pas pris de dessert car c'était tellement long et mauvais qu’on en pouvaient plus. Le matin au petit déjeuner rebellotte la petite dame bien excitée était là, toujours aussi aimable. Bref tout pour être un endroit agréable mais peut vraiment mieux faire...

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Tout est très propre. Personnel très gentil que ce soit a l'accueil ou au petit déjeuner. Hôtel très bien placé dans Sélestat. Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Tolles, großes Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal beim Buffet. Das Personal an der Reception überschlägt sich nicht gerade mit Freundlichkeit; hier wird man halt "bedient". Insgesamt empfehlenswert

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel (en plein centre ville) ! Très plaisant de poser la voiture et plus la reprendre ensuite. L’hôtel est très jolie au niveau décoration. Et il y a un très jolie bar à l'intérieur Notre demande particulière n’a pas été prise en compte (une baignoire pour un enfant plus pratique pour la toilette, mais soit) Je regrette la moquette dans les chambre (moins propre à mon goût) Pour un 3* les chambres étaient correctes. Cependant dans la douche, aucune pression au niveau du pommeau de douche! Aussi nous n’avons pas apprécié l’expérience du petit déjeuner. Il manquait casiment tout (de la vaisselle aux aliments..)à notre arrivée, et la dame s’occupant du restaurant était fort désagréable et parlait très mal aux clients (sous prétexte qu’elle était seule & débordée) . Nous pouvons le comprendre mais dit différemment c’est quand même mieux. Ca allait mieux ensuite mais durant les 15 premières minutes nous nous sommes pas sentis à l’aise du tout.
