Lovely holiday clean hotel all animinaties great. Animations great, great with the kids especially cizy. Drinks great so clean hotel. Clean towels vedding every day. Water park great for all ages. Snacks all day. Pools warm. Late bars. Every 1 welcoming .

We are excited from our accommodation in Plam Wings. We eat in Italian restaurant with our Friend Adnan! Very interested person, very happy and friendly service from Adnan! We are a very happy with our rest in Turkey! We like the hotel personal and our room!

Definitely not 5star. Lovely hotel, beautiful pools, lovely grounds, great for kids. Evening entertainment average. BUT, housekeeping standards well below 5 star rating, towels old and rough, that’s if they remembered to actually leave any, In the week we were there only twice shower mats provided, towels forgotten frequently, room not serviced one day at all. Complaints process unsupportive, due to staff not understanding English. Wine undrinkable, cocktails not made properly. Poor signage around the site. Such a shame as there was a lot to like about this hotel, but so many faults easily rectified if they took heed of these reviews. Beach average, in parts dirty.

This resort is very good the rooms were very nice and clean the activities in the day and evening are very good and entertaining the animation team are brilliant they always try to get people involved in activities, food is very nice and you have many options the water slide are also very good I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

İlk defa geliyoruz Palm wingse baya duymuştuk ismini çevremizden tavsiye üzerine geldik aslında ve çok memnun kaldık o yüzden yorum yazıp teşekkürlerimi sunmak istedim kendim ve ailem adına :) çocuklarımın yaşı küçük normalde bensiz durmazlar bi yerde ama mini clup ablalarımız çok tatlılardı hemen alıştırdılar kendilerine o sebepten dolayı baya memnun kaldım. Ayrıca yemeklere ve restoranta değinmek istiyorum temizlik konusunda şüphesiz tercih edebilir gelecek olan arkadaşlar lezzet de aynı şekilde çeşitlilik zaten dillere destandı ellerine sağlık şeflerin gerçekten. Food is very nice you have so many chose .hotel is very clean room is fresh pool and snack bar it was ver good. Animation team is very crazy. All staff is friendly. They are always enerjic and everytime playin game like dart waterpolo voleybol many game and also everynight they have the first for kids mini disco and show we are very like this hotel we will come next year. Great experience, great people.. I really enjoyed my stay. Food was nice and rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were all kind and helpful I lost my phone on the first evening and they went above and beyond to recover it for me for which I am very grateful. Animation team were excellent very friendly and entertaining especially Molly and Teddy.

So we took our annual holiday here in May 2024, when arriving at the hotel first glances it have a very grand and elegant lobby, once checked in we where shown to our family room, the room was well laid out with 2 separate sleeping areas for us and the children, good sized bathroom and a good view of the main pool and a little of the sea. The Room That was about as good as it got, we had a number of issues within our room, - toilet paper was never stocked, - towels where always removed and never replaced with another 5, - maids are very hit and miss sometimes they come and sometimes they don't, also they only appear to make the beds and nothing more! we had issues with our shower hose and reported it only to be told it was ok and sorted yet it completely broke in our 2nd week and only the was actually sorted picture frame was broken with very sharp corners, - Air con only worked in one room, again reported to the hotel but was never fixed, with only 2 days to go we where advised it needed replacing and we could move rooms, no point at tis late stage of our holiday The Pools IT WAS FREEZING !!! never warmed up at all, us and the kids would use it but come out shivering, However that wasn't the only issue with the main pool, our kids and others that they played with developed patches of dry skin which only got worse through out the holiday, reported to the hotel and that basically said the chemical levels are ok so nothing to do with them, however when they stayed out the water for a few days it would start to clear up. another big problem is the actives pool, they play the music so loud up there, that we simply couldn't hear the kids in the water or relax and enjoy the great weather, all i can say i was more like an 18-30's holiday pool then a family pool, it was dangerously loud!!! also don't be fooled by the having life guards, they are either asleep, on the phone or chatting to there mates at the bar ! Animation Team Majority of the males on the team have the wrong attitude, i get they have a job to do but the need to learn no means NO! Molly would reportedly pull at my husbands arm trying to get him onstage etc, my husband would respectfully decline but he wouldn't let him go and carry on tugging at him to the point it would anger my husband off and he would have to change the tone of his voice for him to get the message, they will try and sell you bingo tickets but once you show an interest they will really push the sale, and to be honest the prizes really are rubbish and not worth the price of the ticket. We also mention about the excessively loud music, (Mario) replied "we like like it like that, if you don't your just old and boring then!" not a response we should have been given The food. Its and all inclusive so its not the best but alway something to eat, just avoid the al-cart Finally. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely Not, would we book with Jet2 again probably not for a while, always used Tui and n
