Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

I just got back from a 7 night stay at this hotel and I wanted to write this review to share my experience there. There were so many pros and very little cons. ( I know everyone has their own things that are important for them on holiday, I will share what was great for me and my children) Firstly the food. It was AMAZING and ABUNDANT. With the all inclusive package you literally cannot go hungry, the opening hours are insane. You can eat all the way up to the morning. There are so many options and something for everyone. there was a large selection of veg/salad, always at least one option for seafood and a few different meat dishes. Breakfast: You don't get a full English breakfast here ( no sausages or bacon ) however the selection is huge. The options for Turkish breakfast are all there, including freshly cooked bread, eggs in different ways, cheese toast, sweet treats and yogurt and fruit. Lunch: we didn't really eat in the main hall for lunch as the snack bar outside had high quality "snack" food. There was always kebabs, fried chicken, chips, pizzas, burgers, pide, salad, and fruit. There is also a Turkish pancake option ( gozleme) and waffle and ice cream available. The ice cream was delicious ( better than the ones in town! ) Dinner: Again, always an abundance of food, some repetitive ( I didnt mind this as it was delicious ) for example, the huge Salad selections, fruit, bread, pasta. They would try to put something new out each night, like sushi night, bbq, duck, roast beef, tacos. The desserts were plentiful, including cakes, baklava, fruit, cake pops, Turkish classic treats. Drinks: Again, plenty. I loved the ice coffee and Turkish tea. I don't really drink alcohol so can't speak to that. Unfortunately the juices weren't fresh and tasted very sweet. There are fridges with water bottles that you could help yourself to and waiters who were friendly and got you any drink you'd like during meal times. The room: Before arriving at the hotel I had sent them an email to ask for a lower room, I didn't receive a reply but on arrival they placed us on the 1st floor which I was pleased about. I had read on other reviews that the lifts were a nightmare so I didn't want to have that spoil our holiday. Saying that, We did see people have to wait for minutes for the lift but no one seemed to complain about it or seemed too bothered. ( maybe it was because it wasn't half term period where the hotel is most busy) The room was spacious, clean and had a big wardrobe. We were given the double bed and bunk bed room. There was a safe which was free to used a fridge that was constantly topped up for free. It was cleaned daily with a change of towels. The bathroom had a strong hot shower which was nice and there was plenty of toilet roll. The basin was abit wobbly, the shower gel hadn't been refilled when we arrived and the welcome bathroom gifts included hair conditioner ( not shampoo ). This didn't bother us as we brought our own,( I'm sure

We had a fabulous time at palm wings, the food was amazing and so much choice. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a shared pool which was brilliant . The grounds and gardens are top quality. I loved the ice coffees by the pool. What made the holiday extra special was the Diamond entertainment team, which did a fantastic job in getting everyone involved in the fun by the activity pool. A special shout out to Emre who was brilliant at his job and was interested to get to know you and to make sure we were happy. Also Oggy who was fun and Mario, fernada and osman. It was a pleasure to get to know you all and sad to say goodbye.

We highly recommend holidays at Palm Wings! A family of 2+2 (4 years old + 1.5 years old). A wonderful place for everyone to relax. The pools are designed for the youngest, the beautiful facility is filled with greenery, the sandy glittery beach, clean hotel, and very nice rooms with sunset views from almost all of them. There are plenty of bars, and fridges with water available everywhere. You can mix your drinks however you like - greetings to the bartenders who poured me GIN and tonic the moment they saw me :) The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Special greetings to Adnan from the Italian à la carte restaurant - a great evening with lots of laughter - one man army show. There are actually 3 aquaparks, including one for children who have just learned to walk. Very importantly, the property is so large and there are so many pools that there's never an issue finding sunbeds or space by the pools - this really surprised us. We rate the food well - most people will be able to find something for themselves. A huge selection of sweet treats - you could drown in those desserts. We are very grateful for the room upgrade from standard to family when we made our reservation. It will be hard for us to find another place as beautiful as this and match your level. For those who enjoy outings outside the hotel, we recommend a walk around Kusadasi and Ephesus - taxis will get you there in just a few minutes. The dinner in the Italian restaurant was excellent. The waiters was doing great job and the food was also very tasty. We really like service and everything. Especially service from Adnan, we really appreciate that. Teşekkür ederim Adnan .

We had a fantastic family (9 - 69 years old) holiday. The main hotel was on the whole very clean and in good order although there were a few signs of wear and tear. The maintenance team were very responsive repairing broken floor tiles etc once they became apparent. Bed linen was hit and miss some nights a small blanket was left between two or a double sheet used to cover a super king sized bed. Towels were often slightly random in their allotment some days too. But these were minor quirks and certainly didn’t make the holiday any less pleasant. Food was good and in plentiful supply and there wasn’t a day where we weren’t able to find something to eat and enjoy. As others have mentioned the fried chicken was delicious and the bbq (outside the main restaurant in the evenings) had a choice of 2 meats and a vegetable plus side (rice etc) was worth exploring. Fresh bread was produced in the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner and the salad and dessert selections were excellent. We ate in the Mexican restaurant and found it to be very enjoyable. Outside there are 3 pools and a water park. One of the pools was allocated for animation activities, one adult only (near the amphitheater) and the large pool for all. Unfortunately due to a couple of incidents the large pool was shut to be cleaned. Not the hotel’s fault obviously but again they responded quickly and dealt with the matter promptly to ensure guest safety. There are also loungers on the beach which meant that we could vary where we sat. The beach on the whole was quieter than the pool areas and a water sports company was based there if you fancied blowing off some stream with an adrenaline fuelled activity. But, my water baby loved it all, as long as he had his goggles on he was having fun. The entertainment room cost extra but it wasn’t very expensive. The shops, spa, hairdressers etc all seemed to be ran by 3rd parties and not the hotel itself and there was a good selection of goods on offer at reasonable prices. For example a gents cut cost €25 and my other half was happy with the result. Two issues that let the hotel down slightly for us were noise and the poor provision for non smokers. In the evening the entertainment was held outside and volume was such that even when the patio doors were shut there was no escape. Children’s evening entertainment started after 9pm which was too late for us really but because of the volume sleep wasn’t an option either. With the entertainment finishing between 11 and midnight every night. The other issue we encountered were smokers (your choice of course) but there wasn’t sufficient outdoor space dedicated to those of us who don’t smoke. It would have made our stay more enjoyable if there had been pool/beach areas for non smokers. But to finish on a positive (which the hotel deserves) I’d like to thank all the staff for being friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more from them. Very beautiful hotel clean staff friendly helpful wasn’t over packet hotel and that was good we liked it’s fun with kids to go lots of activities water slides ar amazing my little girl enjoyed so much and we all enjoyed plenty space hotel it’s big enough space for everyone food was repetitive but very nice special pizza so delicious, pool clean beach has sand it’s very good for kids to play animation great every evening something nice restaurant nice and clean atmosphere very relaxing definitely we will back Again some stage thank you Palm wings Ephesus for make us feel happy and relaxed
