Hizmet temizlik ve yemekler bir harika personel güler yüzlü anında ilgilendiler süper bir tatil oldu

Otelin konumu, açık alanları, restaurant cafe gibi yerleri çok yeterli ve güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendiler çok güler yüzlüydü. Garsonlar aiçılar hepsi çok sıcak işlerini iyi yapan insanlardı. Sadece animasyon ekibindekiler burnundan kıl aldırmayan, sanırım ortalıkta boy göstermek için otelde bulunduklarını düşünen kızlarımızdı. Bir güler yüz bir merhaba bekliyor insan takıyorlar güneş gözlüklerini sağına soluna bakmadan yürüyorlar. Bir şey soruyorsun duymuyorlar bile. Olumsuz yorum yapmak istemezdim ama çok bariz şeyler olduğu için dikkate almalarının önemli olacağını düşünüyorum. Onun dışında herşey çok güzel ve keyifliydi. Teşekkürler.

Çocuğumuz havuza girsin diye gittik 4 günde sadece yarım saat girdi. Havuzun sıcaklığını yanimizda 27 derece ancak soguk çocuklar icin uygun degil diğer olanaklar güzel

everyone is very nice and friendly. Fethiye is very cute and has great communication skills with children. She is a perfect person. Evening shows are good and entertaining. Food was good and cleaning was good. Next year we wanna come back again . Thank you for everything Richmond ephesus

The holiday was perfect from beginning to end. Right by the sea, hotel is clean and the staff work so hard. Nothing is any trouble but this due to the absolutely wonderful staff that work here. Hams and BB so we called them are the most lovely people you will ever meet ( massage parlour) nothing is to much trouble, they are friendly and will go out of there way to help you. This is why this hotel is wonderful due to people like this. Barbie is a treasure a lovely bubbly young girl that gives you a lovely greeting every day... Chicco on water sports is brilliant happy go lucky and so funny. I wonderful stay and we are planning a return...fabulous staff and a big thank you to the ones I've mentioned. Much love.

We booked this last minute as the general tripadvisor feedback was good, however on arrival the receptionist was unhelpful, did not smile and was basically rude he had about 4 assistants who were of work experience age that were out of their depth. He threw the A4 sheet of mealtimes at us with no directions to our room but this allows the bellboy to show us for a tip. We arrived on a Friday which is a change over day and there was little choice of food. It was a Turkish 4 day public holiday so the food selection ramped up from the Sunday but the choice is a bit limited and there is NO a'la carte restaurant just the buffet. Entertainment is good but it always started earlier than the scheduled time on the board so we always missed most of it. Having said all that we really enjoyed the location and the staff on the ground were very cheerful and helpful but the management levels could be a bit happier and more approachable. The decor could do with a refresh as it is very tired in some places but on the whole its fine.

This was my second time in Richmond Ephesus Hotel and I need to say - the best holiday ever. Food was excellent - every day you could choose from variety of hot, cold dishes - lots of local dishes as well as European dishes. Every day at dinner there was open grill with choice of meat, fish and vegetables. Even really picky person could find something to eat. The choices of desserts could satisfy the most picky person - there were baklava, cheesecakes(plural :-)), different fruit/chocolate tarts, tiramisu, chocolate brownies. The San Sebastian Cheesecake was to die for. To my suprise the local white wine was really good. The rest of alcohol was ok. There was no problem of finding sunbeds - no matter if you choose to stay at the pools (the are two of them) or on the beach. We sometimes came at the afternoon sunbathing and there were plenty of sunbeds. We spend our time on the beach or on the "silent" pool - at both places there were sunbeds and umbrella for everyone. Beach and pool was always clean. The room was clean, with cleaners coming every day to replace new towels, toiletries etc.etc. Big thank you goes to EGE - our server in the main restaurant. He was always helpful, always smiling and happy to answer any questions. He definitely deserves pay rise :-) The hotel grounds are huge - plenty of green spaces, two bars with beautiful views, spaces for playing archery, boule tennis or even volley ball, clean and big beach. Usually when you visit the same hotel your expectations are high, and I need to say - Richmond Ephesus Hotel met that expectations above and beyond. I will be coming back and I recommend this hotel for other people. We were travelling as a couple without kids so this hotel had everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean rooms and nice space, super friendly and professional staff. A very special thanks to the entertainment team: Fethiye, Veysel and Barbie for making the experience so much more fun! Great sea view and great service overall. Also special thanks to the restaurant/bar staff Martin chef and Zeynep abla and şahin for their service and making sure we are getting the best treatment. Highly recommended!!

Beach witch nice view. Not to much peopple. For adventage there is a lot of free place to rest on swimming pool and beach. Very good food. Near to Kusadasi. You can go there by bus or taxi. Lot of green trees around. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Good place especially for families witch children.

Really a great resort! The food is very good and the animation team is the best, many activities. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

The thing i am most impresed by is the array of activities you can choese from. From golf all the way to the dart gamę. Its amazing. Also food here is michelin star like. I gaoin over 2kg in one week! That how much i like the food there. It has a acces to a beautifull Beach with view on the sunrise. 10/10 expirience

Richmond hotel is very great. The food is great and the animation team is very friendly and kind. They take very good care of you. The hotel is very clean and the beach is very beautiful and is made out of sand not rocks! I would highly recommend.
