We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our resort is spacious and intentionally designed to provide a tranquil and private atmosphere and experience for our guests. Our beach club offers a secluded private beach vibe, away from the more touristy areas of Lombok. Guests can also enjoy food and drinks while sunbathing, and we also offer tours to the Secret Gilis, direct from our beachfront (without having to take an additional trip to a jetty!). We also offer tours, and transportation to nearby areas like Mataram, Kuta or Sengigi for a meal and to bring you back, if you would like to enjoy exploring the local culture - simply let us know at the reception and we will gladly arrange accordingly. Our staff do try their best, we have a team of dedicated staff, should you require any assistance, our staff around the resort will be more than happy to assist you. For future visits, we offer convenient airport transfers (one or two-way) - simply inquire at reception or email us in advance. While our beachfront location presents certain unavoidable challenges, we are taking additional measures to enhance our facilities. We are also planning a thorough deep clean of our toilets, including the anti-limescale and anti-rust treatments, to ensure utmost comfort for our guests.
