I was stay from 16/10/2024 to 20/10/2024. Room is big but every thing is damaged/broken etc. Most worst is restaurant. Food price is too high. One plate rice is rs 190. On 16/10/24 at lunch one bowl rice of rs 190 it was so enough in quantity that some rice was surpass. But on 19/10/24 our order one bowl rice they give such poor quantity that it could eat only one person. Again we order another bowl which has three times that the first in quantity.

Hotel was a bit old with bathroom sink in nearly broken conditions. However staff behavior was good.

Hotel checkin was very smooth complementary breakfast was good they are providing only 500ml bottles 2 these are not enough bathroom was very bad, pillows and bed was very old also they are not good not value for money.

The actual condition of the hotel is worst then the images. Bathrooms were terrible and everything was broken.

Very bad hotel don’t stay, rooms are very bad, it’s a scam. Waste off money very disappointed.

Grand solitaire hotel sd road is good one for people who is looking clean n hygeine in economy budget. Nice staff n cool reply when i step in.

No proper locks, washroom are not very clean. Rooms are average, would not recommend for family for girls

We reached the hotel on 2nd january at 8:30am. The hotel has charged us 800rs extra because the check in was at 12pm. The room service is horrible they have not changed the bedsheets used by the previous customer. No hot water at all throughout the day and night. They provide only buckets of hot water every morning. We checked out on 3rd at 12pm
