Wonderful for a relaxing vacation The rental is just as the description states. The house was very clean and welcoming. My husband, son and I enjoying time relaxing in the pool. Very quite neighborhood with a small park just feet from the home.

Sebastian getaway Gorgeous. Talk about a home away from home, this one covers all the bases. Well appointed and very well maintained. My wife liked it so much she didn't want to leave. Everything you could think of, or need was there. Beautiful grounds and a very beautiful pool area. Would stay again if I find my way back to Florida.

Spring Break Baseball Trip The host, Gabriela, was so welcoming. The house was just as indicated in pictures and virtually all sundry items such as paper products, shower supplies, and washing detergent were provided. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for restful nights. We loved the pool and eating breakfast out on the covered deck. Highly recommend.

A Slice of Paradise My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the private surrounding patio. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Our host and property manager were easily accessible when we had questions. We liked it so much we decided to book it again for an extended stay next year.

Wonderful home Everything was just as described in the listing. Beds were good. Linens were good, pleanty of towels.Kitchen was well appointed with an assortment of little items that are great to have on hand.Lovely welcome.Plenty of beach things. (Chairs, toys, umbrellas)Pool appears to be solar heated, so it is still weather dependent.Lovely pool space.Nice established neighborhood. Close enough to everything.

Clean and comfortable We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house worked perfectly for two families. Two tv areas and the game area gave everyone enough room to spread out. Well stocked house made it easy to cook meals. communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation rental The house was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay again in the warmer months. The pool was too cold to swim in January due to the pool heater is solar and doesn't heat the pool that well.

Decorated with care The house was neat and immaculate. The appliances, which we rarely used, were the most modern and top of the line. The beds were decorated beautifully and the pillow top mattresses were delightful. The pool was also decorated with great care. We had a short but beautiful stay. A more detailed’how to’ book would have been helpful.
