We also have kayaks for our guests to use-first come first use basis.

2024 visit
This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here. It is a perfect set up for our needs and is close by to the people we came to visit.
Everything is stocked and all the utensils and appliances are in great shape.
No issues. We'll be back

Great find
The cottage was great. Good location, well appointed. We stayed in Cottage 1. If you could trim a few branches, it would make a fabulous view of lake from the porch

North Sebago
Walkable to beach and store. Fire pit was stocked with plenty of firewood. Property was decoratively lit at night.
Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Cold beverages in the fridge were a welcome sight after a long drive. Glad to see recycle bins on site.

Excellent stay
Wonderful communication with Bo and Frank. Clean well appointed property incredible attentive hosts without being over bearing in any way. Lovely beach access. Hammock, porch, outdoor fire pit …perfect

Wedding Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect spot for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend away. Bo was so helpful and responsive through the process. The place was clean and had everything we needed there. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes and couldn't have been easier. We were up in Sebago for a wedding at Autumn Lane Estate. This is the PERFECT place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Cozy, updated cottage on beautiful Sebago Lake!
The cottage was adorable, updated with modern amenities and SO clean! I truly appreciated the open communication with the owners in advance of my stay as well as the wonderful adult beverages in the fridge, fire wood for the fire pit and adorable/cozy feel (pillows, etc.) in the cottage. I will look for this cottage AGAIN!
