Through the sliding doors in the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace with outdoor table. A round staircase takes you to the downstairs hall of the villa. From the hall you have access to the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and direct access to the outdoor terrace with its own private swimming pool (new construction 2022). The outdoor area has a beautiful lounge set and sun loungers by the pool overlooking the sea.
