One thing kept me from giving more stars is that I couldn't get a microwave during my stay, and it was early January in Seattle.
At all other hotels I've stayed, I always had access to a microwave, either in my room or via request.
I inquired at the front desk, and initially, one staff member offered to assist me by using the microwave in their break room. However, upon further inquiry, another front desk member informed me that it was against the policy to allow non-staff members to use their microwave, which I completely understand.
While I appreciate the staff's willingness to assist, it would have been more convenient for guests if there was a microwave accessible for personal use.
